Vacation home accommodations in L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'ile

Charming property in the best part of the heart of Nieul, cottage on the side of the garden-courtyard located on the front of the hosts' property (the pool is located in the back garden), protected from the street (not very busy) by high walls and an electric gate that allows parking in this courtyard (nevertheless, easy parking outside). Delighted that our little cocker spaniel was able to enjoy the garden thanks to the kind prior authorization of the owners. Very comfortable and well-equipped cottage (only small downside: the wifi is very weak in the room but very good elsewhere). A great place in a beautiful property and very welcoming hosts.

Functional house with everything available , quiet area and good location. Lots of activities nearby , possibility to do everything on foot , great restaurants nearby as well. Highly responsive host when we needed it. Everything was well explained and clear for our arrival on the premises. We spent 2 very pleasant days at Nathalie's place. The hosts we were sharing the cottage with were friendly: it made us feel comfortable in our first experience of shared accommodation.

Natalie was very available from the beginning, when I booked the room I asked a lot of specific questions to know which space was shared with who and what the room looked like. She responded in detail in the next hour Then, on the first day on site, she lent us bikes which allowed us to move around the island without worries. We were in high season and there were no bikes to rent in the area on the first day, so it was a much appreciated service, especially since the house is in a place a little far from the city center, so big bike rental shops. The common room is very nice, spacious and comfortable, well suited for all hosts. Everything was clean, the toilet kit was there and without fail. Really nothing to complain about, if I were to stay in the island of Oléron again, I would not hesitate to come back!

We were hosted very well, in this quiet and peaceful campsite. Our furnished tent was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Clean, well-equipped accommodation, close to the port. Bed and house linen provided. Small room with two twin beds. Pleasant terrace. Friendly and responsive hosts. Parking next to the residence.

Very warm welcome, Eric and Claudine are remarkably kind. We can feel that our comfort is important to them. We particularly enjoyed the access to the games room for children and were able to enjoy the pool every day.

The accommodation is great, clean, well-equipped and pleasant. The outside is great too. It is ideally located 800 m from the port of the fleet which is very cute. I recommend this listing for a stay on the island. However, we found the 4 p.m. check-in time a little late and the 100 euro cleaning fee high.

We had a great week ,the mobile home is clean , consistent with the photos, Laetitia welcomed us very well when we arrived and is very responsive if we need to reach her. Our kids had fun in the pools and the playground. The beaches are not far away, shops and restaurant nearby, quiet and peaceful campsite, ideal for a family looking for tranquility . We had a very pleasant stay in Valerie's house in early September. Her impeccable house is very very well equipped as expected in the description of her property. For us, it is ideally placed for cycling around the Ile d 'Oléron. We did not meet Valerie directly but she kindly contacted us several days before. It was her friend France who kindly welcomed us and gave us the keys. We recommend Valerie's house 100%!

Very good stay in Ile de Ré. Nathalie welcomed us super well, very available, smiling and responsive. The accommodation is very well located, with parking at our disposal. Close to the sea, whale lighthouse and bike routes. Very quiet (no tenants next to our accommodation during our stay). Clean, breast and well-equipped accommodation. Very nice stay, very well hosted by Josephine. Very comfortable house tastefully decorated, ideally located both quietly and in the heart of the village.

Lovely home, well equipped in a nice area a short drive to the beaches of Fouras. Great for animal lovers - there is a Chicken, Rabbit, Guinea Pig and friendly cat at the house with a lot of personality. Easy to feed while you are there and the chicken rewards with fresh eggs. Large garden with furniture and a great place as a base for a holiday.

Very good stay at Catherine's. The mobile home is small but very functional. The environment is quiet and very pleasant. The fenced garden is a real advantage with a 4-year-old child. The pools available are also a plus and the people in the residential park are all very nice.

We were 2 couples of bikers who stayed in this listing in early October. We enjoyed the secure underground parking. The renovated cottage is ideally located, clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Our host Céline is the best, very welcoming, available and flexible for check-in and checkout times. We recommend it!

We had a great week with 4 families. The house is beautiful, the garden is suitable for children's games and access to beaches and bike paths is ideal. Bonus: the kitchen is perfectly equipped! Thank you very much

We had a pleasant stay. Very welcoming hosts. The accommodation is very functional. We enjoyed the outdoors. Very well located, just next to the aquatic area, as well as the heart of the holiday village where we find some small shops. The harbor is a few minutes walk away. The village is wooded which is nice too. We recommend.

We rented the villa for 8 people, 2 people slept on the sofa bed only there were sheets only for the 2 double beds and the 2 single beds. Apart from this, the night spent in the accommodation was pleasant.

Jean Luc is a very warm host. He was very attentive to us. His house is very nice and we really enjoyed the decor. You're all set for a pleasant stay. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. It's very close to the large beach, barely 800 m. We will come back to Jean Luc's without hesitation!
