Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lagun

We absolutely loved our stay! The most beautiful and peaceful space. Jean Marc and Marytsa are both friendly and welcoming hosts. If you are looking for a one of a kind and private location this is the spot. You will want to rent a car for this location as it is 30-45 minutes away from the main city center. There are delicious restaurants within a 15 minutes drive and many beautiful beaches and attractions within 30 minutes. We definitely want to come back here!

Group of 4 adults came for diving around island and wanted a quiet, central location away from noise on a budget. This location and space worked fantastic. Parking a vehicle, rinsing/drying gear securely, quiet relaxing evenings to cook dinner and hang out. The value was in line with expectations. Even though the second bedroom/bath is listed as separate, I didn't realize it would detached from the property. This was fine for us, but could be an issue if kids were staying and adults wanted to have easy, inside access. There is little storage in the second bedroom, but enough living room space for suitcases. AC made sleeping comfortable, no issue with electricity. WIFI signal is weak but doable if not working remote. Mosquites on porch AM and PM, thankfully host provided. Dead in street, so private and quiet with little road noise, but you do hear surrounding noise of dogs, sirens (one night of music) - but for people craving quiet, we were very pleased.

Villa Mathilda in Santa Cruz was the ideal choice. Nos stays for a full week. I went with my family, about 6 in total (2 adults and 4 children). I must point out that Curaçao has to get around by car. The house is located a bit far from Willemstad (30min), but close to exotic beaches and national parks. As for the house, it exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend it. The prepaid electricity payment system was easy to recharge at the Tera Korá gas station. We spent about $75 using the 3 air conditioners overnight all week. 5 minutes away is Playa Lagun where I recommend the restaurants Discovery and Bahia (book for dinner). Also is the Hofi Mango restaurant 2 minutes away for lunches. I toured almost the entire island and in 1 week I spent about $100 in fuel for a 7-seater vehicle. and remember that the city parking lots are paid. Close to the tourist center, I recommend the Pietermai.

Such a wonderful spot! It was amazing to have a private pool and so much space! It’s walkable to some restaurants and beaches although renting a car is still very helpful to get around. The host was so fast with responses and communication. The manual has great recommendations. It is a perfect place to explore Curacao and feel at home!

Giana and Billy were amazing hosts and we greatly enjoyed their beautiful villa. Nestled more in the countryside, you are close to all of the beaches on the quieter side of the island and were on average a 15 minutes drive. We greatly enjoyed the peacefulness of the location, the amazing outdoor seating area for our morning coffee and evening hangouts, and the pool after a hot day.

As fabulous as everyone has said! Squeaky clean, clutter free, perfect base for your holiday. So close to many amazing snorkelling locations; and great snorkelling right out front of the rental.

This place was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice. Better in real life than in the pictures. On the calmer side of the island as it is outside the city, but close to all the amazing beaches on the West Side. Coral Estates has restaurants and diving so what more could you ask for. Will stay here again!

We had amazing 10 days at Aloe villa. We enjoyed our entire stay. Place is modern and spotless, huge living room and spacious bedrooms with comfortable closets. buetiful view from the living room, greate snorkeling on the Jeremy and Lugun beaches in walkable distance. The only one thing we were missing is air conditioner in the living, but we kept our bedrooms open and let cool air get into the living room. Christine had prepared a invormative welcome book and quickly replied to our questions. we are looking forward to come back in a future.

Visit this home with my family. Everything was excellent. The area is very quiet. You need to rent a vehicle to be able to travel the island with peace of mind. I'd come back without hesitation.

My friend and I loved staying at Fernando’s place! The condo was clean and well appointed. The beach is close by. Grocery stores are a short drive away. I would recommend renting a car for grocery getting and sightseeing in Willemstad and other parts of the island.

We were very happy with our stay. St Michel is a great location for getting around the island. The unit was very clean and exactly like the photos. The ocean views here are spectacular.

Saskia the property manager greeted us upon our arrival and could not have been more welcoming. She is a true gem! The apartment was impeccably clean, well-stocked with cleaning products, fully stocked kitchen and everything you may need for the most relaxing vacation. Jessica did not spare any expense when it came to the fine furnishings, such as the furniture, fat boy solar lights on the terrace, and beautiful artwork. She truly has impeccable taste! The beach is quiet, tranquil, and great for snorkeling and an enjoyable day. I had a 90 min massage by Khisha from Healing Massage Therapy on the terrace one afternoon and it was pure bliss! The location is excellent for exploring nearby restaurants, (Soi 95, Kome , Caleo Crudos Y Parrilla our favorites) bars and walking distance to downtown. Extremely secure property and very maintained by the groundsman named Imran From Jessica's communication, the kindness from Saskia, Curacao is a place we look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing stay at Quindsie's place. It was beautiful just as the pictures showed. Quindsie was such a great and friendly host. Gave us good recommendations on eateries around the town. We loved the location of the place because it wasn't right in the middle of the hustle and bustle which was great for when we just wanted to relax in peace. Everything is close by with a vehicle (which is a must) so it is in a great location. Overall, I would definitely recommend this listing and would gladly stay again if we were to come back to visit the beautiful Curacao island. Thanks again Quindsie!

4th time staying here and for me it’s the best place in curacao highly recommended a true gem!

This home was absolutely beautiful and located in a great location for exploring the island. We travelled with ourselves and 3 older kids and felt like we had a lot of space in the condo. The closet space is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked with basic amenities. Something that would have been helpful during our stay would have been a small vacuum to help manage all the sand the kids brought in.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aida’s beautiful condo in a gated complex up the street from the Marriott Resort. Stunning views from the large, comfortable outdoor space. Spotless upon arrival and modern. Easy to find and obtain keys. Pool gorgeous. Remember to bring shampoo, body wash, kleenex. Approx 15 min drive from Willemstad and Peter Mai districts.; 30-45 min to the most beautiful beaches Closer beaches but worth the drive to the ones further away ; 2 grocery stores closeby; Aida was so helpful with restaurant, beach recommendations, shopping and additional island activities. Monique is the most gracious host ever! The condo was perfect! Nice grounds and surroundings. 2 minute walk to the pool. 3 minute walk to the beach. You need to rent this unit because you’ll receive the best customer service ever. Monique helped out by recommending restaurants, beach’s and car rental. 5 stars! I’d stay here again. Wonderful place to stay at a beautiful property . The amenities are very well maintained and you feel very comfortable and at home with friendly people. You can see the pride of ownership and the passion in hosting. It's the little details that counts and Xavier and Samantha go to lengths to thoughtfully provide a lot of creature comforts and needed vacation items that create a positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home with luxury amenities.

Wowww!! Shelia's place was exactly as pictured. You can tell, she put a lot of thought into the decor/ambiance of the place. Loved how there was a nice welcome book, with instructions on how to use things around the home. Everything you needed was there, from coolers to snorkeling gear. The property was a little difficulty to locate, however the property manager Gina was soo helpful. The location is safe, it's gated with a decent amount of privacy. Loved that the property is right on the beach with easy access to it and it's restaurants. It's about a 20min drive into the city--Willemstad, which is great if you want a location where you avoid noise while sleeping. I will be back!!! Gina and Shelia were the best!

I absolutely loved my stay. The location was fantastic. It's about a 15 minute drive to Downtown, there's a supermarket about 5 minutes away, just overall great location. The apartment was just how Xavier described it and very beautiful. Xavier is quick with communication, getting back to me in a timely manner and even recommended an amazing car rental. I 100% recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

Our second stay at Palapa 21, it was great to have been able to stay here for 3 weeks 🥰 Apartment is great, contact with Austin and local property manager has been great, such a lovely place, can highly recommend it (big perk, the new fans that were installed are so so nice, comfortable warm breeze not only outside but now also inside 😄 — pro tip: mosquitos don’t like winds 😄)

It was a great experience! Beautiful and clean apartment. Full kitchen equipped. Amazing view from the balcony. Ocean view. Easy access to the beach with beach chairs. The pool was good too. Beach towels available. Security at the gate in the afternoon. Gated! It was very peaceful place. Washer and dryer. The bathrooms are big and the rooms were clean and big too. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Max 20 min walking. Very safe! Saskia the hostess was professional and friendly! Angie was also helpful and sweet! She recommended multiple places to visit. Also sent an email with all the directions to the apartment. You must rent a car!

Positives: -beautiful view over the balcony with the ocean in the distance and sunsets -responsive host - comfy beds -spacious -great A/C in the whole condo - peaceful surroundings in the back of the building -quiet neighbors We only wished they had more items for using the oven such as pans/cookie sheet/oven mitts/etc. There was a glass pie dish and another smaller glass dish; we combined these to cook a meal in the oven one evening for the two of us. Also, just an FYI, as some rentals do have this available, there was no salt and pepper or sugar for coffee/tea. Not a big deal but always appreciated when it is available. Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb and we loved our stay in Curacao, thank you!
