Vacation rentals in Lagonoy

Our stay at Ms Aecie’s place was great. The place was clean and neat as seen in the pictures. Really great for families or groups. Ms Aecie was kind enough to allow us to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. The housekeeper was also very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Naga.

The host are responsive and they prepared the place clean as early as our check in timing. Beddings are clean and comfy, may free na rin na toiletries at towels upon stay.

Overall, the property is good place to live away from home! As the name itself, it’s a farm so expect that is located outside the city! If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love the place. I am expecting that everything is to be provided like bath towel, toiletries, disposable slippers and the likes. However, i found that only limited supplies were at hand. But upon request from the host, the same were provided on time!

Sir Ryan is easy to deal with. He is accommodating, helpful and responsive. He also addressed all our queries patiently. So, two thumbs up to Sir Ryan! With regard to the unit, we were overjoyed with its simplicity and cleanliness. We enjoyed our 2-day stay in the unit and we really felt "home" in Naga because of the cozy ambiance inside the house. There's just this minor issue on the water dripping from the aircon. It drips near the front door so it can be uncomfortable to get inside the house. But all in all, it was a great stay! We are definitely recommending this place! 🫡

A very nice house with all the essential amenities required for a family. The host, Janet, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Will definitely use this property again.

We’ve stayed at this Airbnb three times now since it opened, as it’s conveniently located near the centro and can accommodate a large group. We’ve always appreciated the space, but on our most recent visit, we noticed that the place has become quite worn down compared to when we first stayed—it used to look fresh and well-maintained. Some utilities, like kitchen essentials, were missing, and the available basahan was both limited and not very clean. Additionally, there’s no water heater, which would have been a great addition. We hope the owner considers making some improvements to bring back the home’s original charm. That said, we truly appreciate the host’s flexibility in allowing us to move our booking from December 2024 to February 2025 without any hassle, so we’re still giving a 5-star rating.
