We were made to feel very welcome. The access and exit were quiet because the location is practical, the safe garage and the very good apartment. It had all the basic items we needed. I just have to thank you for the stay.

It was a beautiful experience, the city is great, gastronomy, entertainment, super markets, everything very good, the high point was the apartment, I wanted it for me. Very well furnished, clean, the swimming pool facing the apartment. Parabenizo for good choices, hospitality. It was just amazing.

The apartment is great! Super quiet, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the Una park is super safe and pleasant. On the ground floor has a 24hrs market that is a hand of the wheel and the staff of the building is super gentle and requests. Communication with Carolina was swift and effective! Voltaria for sure! I just missed more sockets (or extensions) and water filter.

We spent a wonderful family Carnival, took my 2 pets that loved the space, it is very closed and safe. We were well welcomed by Vilma, it made us very comfortable, she is a very attentive person, we feel like part of the family. The house has everything, wine and champagne glasses that often do not have in other accommodations, all kinds of appliances and working, big and great pans. The dormitories are large with planned and air-conditioned furniture. There were towels, linens and covers available in the guards very smelling clothes. The swimming pool is extremely wonderful, with a charming sun-guard deck and coffee table, sun lounger where my family and I enjoyed great moments enjoying a sparkling wine in the late afternoon. We heard the sound of birds, quiet place, and with a supermarket about 300 meters ago, we don't even need a car. Finally, I leave here my thanks and we certainly want to go back .

Gustavo's house is great, wide equal to the one described in the listing. Very well equipped with appliances, it is safe. The reception was great, with mimo of the famous Pelotas sweets. I certainly host again and recommend it .

I went with my wife to Pelotas for the first time in order to visit FENADOCE and this place came in handy. We were very well received, the house very cozy, organized and clean, in addition to being 5 minutes away from our travel goal. Location very close to the lagoon, very quiet, no noise… Well-equipped kitchen with appliances that make our lives easier, such as airfrayer and the electric jar… indispensable nowadays. The swimming pool is delicious, despite not being heated, the water was clean and warm! I recommend you stay.

Everything is impeccable. Cecilia and Miguel are great hosts. Both the loft and the environment had all the necessary amenities to make your stay perfect. We went with our dog poodle Amber, and enjoyed everything to the fullest. Zero inconveniences.

It was very important for us that the vehicle was inside a closed area, and in this case it even had surveillance. We felt like a friend had lent us his house.
