The apartment is excellent! Temperature can be very effectively controlled. Everything is clean, and the building has excellent facilities, such as restaurants, a gym, a sauna, a swimming pool, and many health-related services. My family and I were delighted!

My fiancé and I had an excellent time. Arthur was very helpful. The apartment is very clean and cozy. All equipped and everything in high quality. And another important detail is the location, close to shopping, supermarket, bakeries… The condominium is a luxury, all very beautiful. Anyway, nothing to complain about and if God permits we intend to go back another time.

The place is super clean, well located, and everyone around is friendly. I even used the reading room in the building. The only thing I would mention is being next to the front desk of the buiding and some times hearing people talking over there is annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Space identical to the pictures. Apartamento was clean, a region full of options and restaurants, very safe. The only negative point is that there was garbage in our parking space and one of the towels had a bit of a smell. Resto is very positive. The Owner left toiletries in the bathroom, I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The communication was amazing, Rebeca is very available, polite, nice and helpful. The location of the site is amazing, at the mall it has restaurants, shops, Carrefour market with many things. The apartment was extremely clean and with a very pleasant cleaning smell. Lençóis and quality bedding, quality towels and full kitchen with utensils. Great balcony, very bright apartment. It was awesome!

Clean and smelling apartment, good quality bedding and towels, kitchen containing the essentials and also good quality. Anyway, everything is in line with the listing. I just missed a protective screen on the windows (I don't remember if the listing was described), also the bathroom vat needs to be changed (it's cracked), but things easy to fix to be perfect! I would stay in this apartment again!

Diego is a great host. The accommodation is very nice and in a great location. I loved the electronic lock rsrsrs. When I return to Brasilia, I hope to be able to stay with Diego again.

We had a great stay at Ione's apartment. She was always very thoughtful and helpful The check-in and checkout process is very simple and uncomplicated. The apartment is very functional, with equipment and facilities necessary for a good stay. The cleaning and care of the property were very evident and the facilities correspond to the photos and specifications of the listing. The region where the apartment is located is excellent, with good options for markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, academia, among others.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos and description. Very cozy and cute. Luzia is very polite and friendly, and responded super quickly to all my questions. I was worried because it would arrive more than midnight on the spot due to the flight time, but it was super easy to enter, as it was released at the entrance and the electronic lock also helps a lot in this case. Super tip to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

The apartment is very cozy and Ana has always been very kind and available throughout the entire period of lodging. The condominium is great for rest and has a strategic location for those who have commitments in the Esplanade of Ministries/Congress. I recommend it!

The home is as described in the listing. It is difficult to find properties with 4 rooms in the pilot plan of Brasilia, so it served us very well. The house has an interesting decoration and we can feel at home. We made purchases in the nearby markets, we used the garage and wi-fi with no problems. Gustavo was great, always willing to help, responding quickly and very kindly.

The eh residence is very pleasant and cozy in a family setting. The house was organized and the spaces are large. There is a kitchen in a tasty outdoor area to enjoy and eat. There is a sense of security on site. Pedro was very responsive and attentive.
