Staying at Angela’s Water Valley farmhouse is like living in one of the hundreds of beautiful books in the home - a true escape and really quite magical. Basics - Beds were supremely comfortable, towels fluffy, kitchen well stocked. Beyond - the stained glass feature in the shower is perfectly aligned with the antique vanity mirror, the upstairs bedroom has glowing stars on the ceiling, two of the ancient trees are perfect hammock distance, and the pond housed a few tadpoles that reminded us that life is full of possibilities and change! Our family of four (two grown ups, 10 yr old bookworm/artist, 9 yr old nature lover/athlete) are back home after four truly restorative days and already thinking of when we might return. Thank you!

Amazing place!!! Best place we've ever stayed hands down. they had everything! Snacks, toiletries, amazing linens, adjustable beds in all rooms! The list goes on and on.

Teresa was great at replying quickly with any questions we had! Will definitely stay there again in the future! It has easy access to hwy 6 to get to campus! Easy short drive to restaurants and shopping!

What a blessing to have found Jennifer and Oliver’s AirBnB!!! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of three during our college tour of Ole Miss! Jennifer is the epitome of southern hospitality with such graciousness and warmth in opening up her gorgeous home to others! Perfection in every sense of the word!!! We will be staying here every time we visit Oxford when we come to see our daughter in college! Could not have asked for a better first time experience visiting this lovely town! Fell in love with the people and location!!! Spic and span clean home, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and bath, amazing deck with fire pit…just no complaints whatsoever!!! This property was impeccably maintained and equipped with everything we needed for an exceptional stay. Billi was highly responsive and very accommodating to some scheduling flexibility for my group. I would absolutely recommend this place and would surely stay here again.

The house was adorable and clean. Close to the square, Ole Miss Campus, and some restaurants. Neighborhood was nice, charming, and felt safe. We even had an alarm start to beep in the early morning hours and of course during severe weather where the tornado sirens were blaring for duration of day and they still made their best efforts to get some one there when it was safe enough to change battery so we didn’t have to deal with the annoying beeping for duration of stay. Highly recommend.

Great pet friendly place! Great neighborhood.

Our host Elle was very responsive and provided wonderful hospitality with thoughtful touches such as light breakfast food(bagels, juice, etc..), a handwritten welcome note with additional information, and just an overall welcoming feeling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can be on campus at Ole Miss or on the Square in Oxford is 5 min or less. It’s a great location. I highly recommend this home and Elle.
