Cottage vacation rentals in Lac du Bourget

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

We had a great week at this cottage. Nothing to say about the installation, everything is as described, all the amenities are available. It is very well located, the shuttle to the ski resorts is right on the side of the road, the nearby town makes it easy to shop and there are many activities to do within an hour's drive. Coming to Marie and Sabine is to immerse yourself in an outdoor space. The calm, beauty and history of their building, the breathtaking views of the mountains, their attention to detail and kindness are all ingredients that make your stay unique. We had a pleasant stay, the house was welcoming and there was nothing missing. Extra equipped kitchen it had all the necessities. The house is very large and can accommodate 8 people without any problems. Lots of games for all ages, which allowed the kids to have fun. Close to the ski slopes, we skied at Notre Dame de Bellecombe and took 40 minutes to climb. The only small thing to improve is the bedding I highly recommend stays in this house 🏠

We stayed at Valerie's house for 2 weeks. Everything went very well except for a small leak in the bathroom sink. Valerie handled things and a plumber was able to intervene. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the different valleys...

We had a wonderful Christmas in this house, it happened very quickly and we would have stayed longer. The house is just as it appears in the photos, very cozy, with everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is a wood burning fireplace and pellet heating, plus an electric heater, even though it's cold outside the house is very warm. The room is gorgeous and comfortable It has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a good bathtub. The only downside is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room upstairs, but it wasn't important to us. It's in a very quiet area, there are no shops around. Time gives us a snowfall that left a beautiful view. The location seemed perfect for us to visit surroundings and even ski: Annecy 25 minutes Geneva 30 minutes Chamonix 1h Megeve 1h Sixt Fer in Cheval 1h La Clusaz 45 min Gerald was a magnificent anditrión, he was attentive at all times and was super friendly, we hope to see you again soon.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Catherine and her husband personally welcomed us and we immediately felt at home. They were always there when you need them. The surrounding area is very nice and by bike and car you can discover even more beautiful corners and especially lakes. We will definitely try to come back to be able to immerse ourselves in the pure relaxation again.

The host is super nice. The location right by the nature reserve is super quiet and the garden is huge. The empty gas bottle for the grill was immediately replaced by a full one on the same day, so the planned barbecue evening didn't have to go out. The 2 weeks were wonderful. For early swimming, you can walk 10 minutes from the inn through the nature reserve to the lake. Or you can take the bike. Overall, we were very satisfied. Pure nature, mountain walks and delicious food. Relax here at Lake Annecy.

A great relaxing stay in Michel's charming house, nestled in nature facing the mountains. Michel was not there but he is very responsive and his instructions are very accurate. I would highly recommend it

An exceptional stay due to the beautiful environment all around as well as the beautiful house, super clean, welcoming and warm! The calm is very very appreciated when you come from a big city:) the happiness of having mountains around even if the town of Giez remains close to all amenities! A big thank you to Natalie who is a great host, always responsive when needed and very kind. All the instructions were very clear, we had no trouble finding it! We can't wait to come back! I would recommend it 100%

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

The place of beautiful, very clean and tidy, very well decorated, beautiful or possible activities within the accommodation: billiards, ping pong, video games, raclette, barbecue, pétanque, dart Extra large dining table There is the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs , a dorm with bunk beds for 6 people and it is possible to book an extra accommodation for 4 people . That's 20 people in all Sylvain is very responsive and pleasant. There were 16 of us in MIS and families ,and we really enjoyed the place which is also close to the ski resorts.

I would recommend the accommodation offered by Romain and Agnès. It's beautiful, in a beautiful setting. I have rarely been in contact with such thoughtful and caring hosts for the well-being of those they host. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
