Charming single-storey house located in La Flotte en Ré, close to the port and the center 10 minutes away and the Arnerault beach 5 minutes away. Completely renovated during the winter of 2023. The accommodation of 50 m² is very bright, it consists of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, independent toilet, bedroom, second bed is possible in the living room. And a 22m² exterior.
