Frauke was a perfect host. Very friendly welcome, even when there were problems with some of our group at the beginning, because of a broken bathroom window, you and your husband were immediately ready to offer solutions. The reception was very sincere, an apple was ready for each of the group. Very great was your extremely committed geological tour, which was very informative and enriching. Frauke even gave bay tips . And a day later, she showed us her private stone collection. On New Year's Eve we got Berliners and her husband wished a happy New Year. The scenery so close to the sea is great and human if he wants ,completely his peace and nature. The decor of the house is just perfect, there is nothing lacking, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped and firewood for the great huge oven in the living area in quantities. From the windows of the house, people can see the sea while drinking coffee. People can only feel comfortable with her and in the house.

Was an incredible home nestled in a very peaceful neighbourhood, nearest supermarket with fresh bred and groceries 2 mins away. Lots of nice beaches only a 10mins drive away at most. Perfect place to enjoy peace and comfort after exploring the wider area. Hauke was also extremely friendly and helpful and responsive

Gerd's home was spacious, and warm. It is tucked off the street in a small town in Northern Germany. We were fortunate to see snowfall and it couldn't have been prettier if we dreamed it. As an American family we were welcomed by Gerd's adult son who spoke perfect English to us.

This place is a dream! Quietly located yet only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment offers plenty of space and is very cozily furnished, there was nothing missing. Everything was sparkling clean and beautiful. Ulrike is a very nice hostess, who is always easily accessible for questions. We had a wonderful weekend and will be happy to come back.

The perfect place for a holiday with a dog. When we arrived, there was already a pillow for our old dog on the (already warm) heater. The garden is large and fenced, and directly opposite the house a dirt track leads to the forest. The house is lovingly decorated, well equipped and cozy. Since Waarendorf is a small village, the starry sky is overwhelming on clear nights.

Great place, spacious, well equipped and well situated so that you can walk everywhere and leave the car at parking at the door of the house. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for the third time - and certainly not the last - in the beautiful cottage on the Kranichring. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fantastic view of the salt marshes /nature reserve and literally felt at home.
