Vacation rentals with a patio in La Plata

Mario's house is an amazing place to spend quality time as a family or with friends. Multiple spaces offer comfort, rest, and fun. We take advantage of the pool and patio, and walk to the city center. Mario was very attentive and kind. I recommend 100% :)

Excellent our stay for Cristina's house, it really met our expectations! The extremely quiet place at night you didn't hear any noise, the best restaurants we had it around! We always managed walking because every tourist attraction was nearby! The cleanliness of the spotless place! We really appreciate having a water dispenser!! The house was absolutely in every detail, from raid for mosquitoes to shampoo, comfortable armchairs and the bed 10 points!! I wish we'll be back soon I would definitely stay there again! Thank you very much Cristina, you were very warm as was Antonio!!!

Extremely pleasant stay on the top floor of a centrally located building. Large flat with 3 bedrooms, large bathroom and additional toilet. Very pleasant closed balcony with large sliding windows allowing for fresh air coming in. Air conditioning in living room - kitchen and bedrooms, with balcony with stunning city view including the cathedral. The area has many cafés and good restaurants and the main commercial streets are nearby. Very quiet location and enjoyable stay!

The accommodation is just as seen in the photos, and more. Totally comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Carolina is an excellent host, always worried from the day we booked, until we left. Always worried that we had what we needed, we were able to check out later, and with all the peace of mind we wanted as guests. I highly recommend the place and Carolina as a host.

We are absolutely delighted! It is convenient to get from Buenos Aires by ordinary buses or by own car. We went with a family of two adults, two teenagers and one toddler. A house with all the declared amenities. Lots of lovely dishes. Furniture is in excellent condition. Good mattresses. Stable water pressure. Hairdryer is available. Large fridge, nice stove with oven. The yard has a clean large swimming pool. There is everything for asado. The house is remote from the main streets, because it is very quiet. The house itself is very cozy, you can tell that the hosts take care of it. It's like we've come to visit friends, where we are expected and loved. There is a grocery store with a good selection of goods, a 7 minutes walk. Mauricio is an incredible host. He met us, told us everything, gave us a lot of useful tips. Always available and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and welcoming person. We will be more than happy to come again.

We had a wonderful stay in the quintita! Perfect for disconnecting from the city and enjoying the sun, the pool, all its green areas, and variety of games! Also the rooms with air conditioning and the beds in very good condition were great to be able to rest well after a day of much enjoyment! Despite being in a super quiet and private area, we were able to easily access the purchase of ice and water in a winery that is very close by. It's super safe to go with your pet.

The house is a five-star accommodation with a convenient location close to supermarkets and tour meeting points. One special point I want to highlight is that the Airbnb is managed by a professional company, and their staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The staff, including Ignacio, Mica, and Angi, were exceptional. They helped me settle in comfortably and made the process smooth. They even responded to my question about the air conditioner at 2 AM, which I truly did not expect.

Astrid is a other level host! Being my first time he greeted us at home, he helped us leave our bags on the airbnb without charging us anything additional, he loaned us his card so we could mobilize and he helped us even with recharges because we didn't know where to recharge. When we arrived we had a bottle with water , everything was clean, it's indescribable how we felt here. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Astrid because without your help maybe it would cost us more to mobilize us ✌🏼

The place is in a good area for sightseeing. Walkable to many places, such as Mercado San Telmo. The neighborhood is nice, and around the way there are very good restaurants, like Caseros, where you can have lunch and dinner. It also has a swimming pool, always clean. The Staff is very attentive. The only point is the outside bulla, despite double glass in the mornings you get to hear the buses and cars inside the rooms. Everything else is great!

The space is beautiful and is very well located ! In the heart of the city in front of Port Madero ! Easy access and safe ! We liked it very much , but as a suggestion, they could have left at least two bottles of water as a courtesy! The towels and bedding also needs to improve , not condition the space
