Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in La Peñita de Jaltemba

I want to comment that the apartment was very comfortable for my wife and for me, clean, organized, the utensils to cook indispensable, quiet place, I appreciate huge sea pet friendly because my dogs were able to accompany us in this great adventure. We would sit down at night to watch movies and were very happy, waiting for us to be able to greet us again another time. Thank you to the hosts for welcoming us to your airbnb.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Amazing stay at Ebony’s place.. centrally located, near all the great restaurants and bars. A very quick walk to the beach. This is the kind of place that you share on social media and all of your friends ask for the details. Will definitely stay with Ebony on our next Sayulita trip!

Susan. Was extremely friendly and helpful supplied us with everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the view. The walk to town is a little stretch. and to the beach is even more of a stretch but it was possibly worth it for the tranquility. The beds are a bit hard. Somewhat close to noise on the road. But we would love to come back and we are very grateful .

Our stay at Sarah’s place in Sayulita was wonderful! The view on the little valley, the palm trees, the iguanas and the birds was enchanting and the outdoor kitchen made us enjoy it even more. Everything was perfect and our host was super responsive for anything we asked her. We had a great time and will for sure be back! Hasta luego ✌🏽

First arrival through jungle lush cliffs overlooking the city , breezes and immediately we knew something special laid behind the steel green gate and the wow factor never faded over the week ,the space was romantic, the art deco steel door frames are so unique they create a space like no other, the place decorated with original art, styled in the most welcoming of ways , also flowers on towels and such surprised us through out the trip all areas are special in their own right , truly epic the casa kokuna house is Beautiful the days and nights the views are ever changing and mornings waking up to the ocean mountains blue skies guarantees the day is starting right morning coffee was unique hanging by the pool platform or under the palapa was a favorite, we loved the experience , being dog people the sweet Great Danes roaming the property was another fun experience, best casa@the greatest little Pueblo in Mexico

The accommodation complies with what is described, the communication was good at all times, flexible hours, very comfortable the pool, the air conditioners if they work properly; we had no problem.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Excellent host Jesus, his house is super nice and equipped, there is a lot to buy in the surroundings. The location is about 15 min from the beach by car.

The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was bigger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaime was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the stay even better. The location was also great. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to popular tourist spots. I will come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 5 weeks in January and February 2025 and really enjoyed it there. We would certainly consider staying there again for an extended period. The balcony and view are incredible. We often saw whales from the balcony. The unit itself was very functional and exactly as described. It was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were fine for us but fairly basic. We didn't use the pools but they looked very nice. There usually were a few lounge chairs available throughout the day although by late morning the available loungers would be not right against the pool. The air conditioning worked well and the internet is very fast and reliable. The street from the main road to the building is fairly rough and dusty but still quite walkable. It looks like they are getting ready to start another large condo building right beside Harbour 171 so construction noise could be an issue at some point in the future.

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

We enjoyed how close this apartment was to the airport and local shopping at local prices. It’s located above the shopping plaza so we were able to access services (dental/ natural health/ laundry/ shopping). It was quiet and the roof top pool was perfect to enjoy the sun. Our flight was later and Vania was gracious enough to allow us a later check out.

I highly recommend this place, it's perfect for a vacation. The host is incredibly friendly and always responds immediately. Also, she recommends great places to eat. Thank you very much for everything!

Easy access to everything was a very enjoyable stay

Everything's perfect. very good service from start to finish. take my pet and there was no problem at all. the only thing is that the bathroom soap dispatcher and the dishwasher dispatcher didn't work well.. but everything else is perfect.. excellent cleanliness and service

Our stay was wonderful. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The view and the pools were amazing , not to mention listening to sound of the waves at night. Philip was a wonderful host , very attentive and answered questions quickly . My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future or recommend to others.
