Great family home just outside of La Paz along Hwy 1 with plenty of space and a wonderful outdoor courtyard. Your hosts and family living upstairs are very friendly and responsive. Beautiful walks along the west side of the bay with views across to La Paz. Convenient to everything and many restaurants and convenience stores walkable nearby. Thanks Ian!

It is a beautiful house, very clean and comfortable cough, a fabulous collection of books, I would have liked to stay longer.

Everything was amazing. The house is very nice, spacious, and was spotlessly clean. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether as a family or with friends. I traveled with my three puppies and loved finding details specially designed for them: dishes for their food and water, and a large bed in which the three slept happily. Angel was an excellent host, always very kind and attentive. From the beginning she sent me all the necessary information, including clear manuals for each part of the house and processes during the stay. I don't have any areas of opportunity to mention, everything was perfect. I thank Angel very much for sharing his beautiful, well kept and perfectly equipped house. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time there. It's outside of the centre but a good neighbour. The house is spacious and we had everything we needed. Glenn was very helpful and replied within minutes.

It is an excellent accommodation, at all hours they are pending and the house is very comfortable and beautiful. The person in charge of receiving us, Don Fermin, is a very kind person and helped us at all times, thank you!

Loved staying at this very private and quiet home! The house is well equipped and has all the basic necessities for guest to feel right at home, I enjoyed the walkable eating spots, felt safe and right at home.Hope we can come back soon!

LOVELY CASITA IN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MALECON. EVERY AMENITY IS IN THE HOME FOR A COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING STAY. WONDERFUL COURTYARD OFF OF THE CASITA WITH DIVINE SWIMMING POOL AND COVERED PATIO. THE HOSTS WERE SO KIND, RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS WANTING TO ASSURE THAT YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOUR LA PAZ VISIT!

The photos do not do justice to the house. very illuminated, very clean very nice to be. comfortable furniture and the pool has hot water which helps a lot when you are carrying children because in January it is very cold. the house is centrally located, 25 min approx from the malecón and 45 min from balandra. There are also beaches nearby, Walmart, Sams and to eat was very close and very good. I will return without hesitation

My biggest complaint was that it was such a slice of heaven we practically never left. We left to get more groceries ( their kitchen was perfect for the meals my husband and I shared there). And we stumbled to this local beach and found TOTO’s DRINKS. Nice little simple place to get a bite close by. We stayed 5 nights and never has my husband ever said, “it ended too soon”…… NEVER! Casa Royce’s starlink worked incredibly well. My husband was able to do business while here… (not too much business) !! The view is the star, but the little studio has a cool vibe. I only wish that guest be made aware of or reminded of the proximity to other rentals right next door. Some of our neighbors weren’t very courteous with their nose levels.

Very responsive host, the place very clean, well equipped, sheets on top of fitted sheets as well as excess towels would have been nice, however, I never asked. Ideal for long stays. I would book again when I come back to La Paz.

Beautiful view! You almost don’t want to leave the balcony. The property and pool are beautiful. The gym is a big plus! Security is very helpful and polite. The unit has excellent A/C in the living room and bedroom. Plenty of closet space(unusual). Many excellent restaurants in town. Many things to do. We loved our time here and highly recommend Mauricio’s place!

Laura Elena was a great host, very friendly, knowledgeable. We loved Lola the dog! The location was awesome for walking the Malecon. We had kayaks on top of the pickup & her offstreet access was too tight so we took the kayaks off the truck first. Her space & pool are gorgeous, peaceful, private. We would come back for sure.

The condo is beautiful with fantastic views. It’s very comfortable. The beds were unbelievable. Definitely stay here again. Well worth the extra couple pesos ! 🇲🇽

Samuel's place is so cute, it makes you feel right at home, it's a clean place and with a very spacious patio. The bathroom is new and the house is fresh and very well located, 100% recommended

An area close to the seawall (by car) and exit to the scenic road. The house is comfortable, for no more than 4 people, in addition to clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Daniela's treatment and communication was kind and accurate.

This clean, quiet apartment is located in the heart of Malecón, Walking distance to cafe, bars, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this place! we stayed more than 2 days wanted to cook more, I find if this place had more kitchen stuff like a pot with a lid, would be a bonus. Over all it was a very comfy lovely stay!

The place is comfortable, it has everything you need. The apartment is very clean. I really liked the location and it's in a safe area.

We had a wonderful stay! Good central location for visiting different beaches, downtown, and the rest of the southern peninsula. Recommend staying here!

The place was clean, easy to find, the location great for walking on the seawall, I really enjoyed my stay, the only inconvenience was that the bed was squeaking a lot, outside of that everything else was perfect
