Comfortable apartment in Palermo within walking distance of lots of things. The patio upstairs was a really nice bonus and I enjoyed the charm of the place.

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Everything was great, especially for a couple of friends that have never been to the country. Communication was also very great. Would stay again!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

I went with friends, comfortable and clean spacious house, celebrate my Husband's birthday with an asado, with prior authorization from the administrators, we had a nice day and has everything you need to enjoy the stay.

It felt like being at home, the apartment was clean, comfortable and with an excellent location, we were facilitated mobility to some tourist sites, if doubt we would stay again if we returned

Very cool indoor/outdoor space in a convenient location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's easy to hop on a bus to go to other neighborhoods. Fran was a very welcoming and helpful host--he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to get to know him. The house is a great place to relax--especially on the roof where you can get some sun, nap in the breezy shade, and the mosquitos can't find you.

Excellent, third time in the house and everything was very good as always, a pleasure to stay in this place, and with the heat in Buenos Aires, the pool was spectacular, I would definitely come back

Excellent option to stay in the area, with an excellent location. Close to all the important points of the Microcenter and with nearby shops of all kinds. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need to cook and have fun. Very illuminated. It's just as it appears in the photos. I totally recommend.

A perfect place to enjoy Buenos Aires, it has a balcony where you can grill with a spectacular view of the city. The apartment has everything you need, it is very nice, as shown in the photos. Their host, George, is willing to help you anytime, much-loved.

Sebastian was an absolutely amazing host. he went out of his way to assist us when we came and left. He gave excellent suggestions on great restaurants checked in frequently and was very responsive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with him and will be coming back!

Very cozy accommodation, easy to get in and out of since it is on the ground floor, ideal if there are children. Very comfortable kitchen. Susana was great by getting us a crib for our son. In the heart of Caballito, with everything at hand. 100% recommended!
