I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! A beautiful house that felt right at home - great neighbourhood that felt very safe and only a short walk away from Barranco’s main streets with some of the best restaurants and spots in Lima. I met several lovely other guests but was happy with my private bathroom and the two housekeepers did not only attend to all my needs but were wonderful to talk to and to give tips where necessary. Filtered water is supplied and the kitchen I could use where necessary. Some of the rooms are brighter than others, so that’s to keep in mind when booking but I know Carmen will be as attentive and helpful as each time I had a query. Would definitely recommend and will stay again, thank you!

They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. They also provided us with recommendations for lunch. In the room they have folders full of useful information for tourists and in the bathroom it has an informative guide on how to use the heater. The room was spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom. Everything was excellent.

Great location, awesome front desk staff, and restaurants are all a short-walk's distance. Lisette was also very responsive, and had great touches of detail throughout the apartment that really made the stay pleasant: a loaf of bread, eggs, and butter in the fridge.. In all my time traveling, this was one of the best. These little details meant so much to me!!

i loved staying Javier. I will certainly repeat my stay on my next trip. the house is spotless. Javier is always helpful and each morning i find my breakfast ready. I stayed in a cooler of other places but left mind way. at Javier I extended an extra week. I felt totally at home with bed linens changed once a week and the room totally cleaned .... i highly recommend javiers place.

Excellent place. Everyone was very friendly and patient with us. The place is cozy, you feel at home, inspires trust and closeness. We were provided with all the amenities, including breakfast. Super recommended if you are passing through or for a while.

Excellent attention from Ana Maria and her husband Alvaro, they allowed me to cook since I have a strict diet. The cozy room, full size bed, all very clean! The bathroom was great, impeccable every day. Each room has a key to secure the door. It has a common room with armchairs to rest or do work. TV 32 inches enough with a set-top box to watch movies and more. Recommended!!!! The area is for people who are working or in transit for a few days. This family is highly recommended!
