Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Perfect for families, world schoolers Or unschoolers. Playgroup and co working space included. Best suits a couple, traveling with children or teens.
