STREET PARKING,FREE BUT NOT PRIVATE It is a studio with a separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection. Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, covered private parking. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance from access to the living/open kitchen area with sofa bed. Room with terrace equipped with double bed and vanishing bunk bed.
