This was overall a very balanced, very nice house with all the features you would love. The movie theater was very fun to use while watching movies. Not to mention the short distance from the beach. This was a perfect family getaway.

We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb to celebrate New Year’s with family and friends. The space was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The location was perfect—close to so many attractions and conveniences, making it easy to explore the area.. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to host a large group. We’ll definitely be booking again the next time we’re in the area!

This property was beyond beautiful and thoughtfully decorated; it almost felt like living in a museum with the stunning art pieces and furniture. The pictures don’t do it justice. Loved Helen’s home! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. And a quick 10-15 minute drive to surf swamis and Cardiff. The home had everything we needed, we would definitely stay again!

Heather was a great host, super communicative and accommodating. We had a big family gathering so the house was able to accommodate us all comfortably from the toddler (toys and games!) to the grandparents. The space was welcoming, clean, and easy to access. If it wasn’t rainy we would have loved to use the outside space more!

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings. There was plenty of space for our group. The water was hot and lasted through 7 showers each morning. Very close to everything and easy to get around.

Location was perfect, Ocean within seconds, and the house was accommodating for our crew.

We loved the house! There was so much to do between the game room and the hot tub, we decided to extend our stay one more night. For being on a corner lot, across from a park, it was very quiet and private. The linens and towels were nice and clean. There's a few cosmetic things that could be cleaned or updated, but they didn't affect us at all. (Door jams needing repaired, paint chipping...) The hosts were very responsive everytime we reached out to them. We would definitely stay here again with our family.

This was a great place for my three sisters and I to spend a week of relaxation. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and it was worth paying extra to have the pool heated. Evenings by the firepit were also relaxing. While the place is setup for families with some of the beds being small, it worked out fine for four petite women. There is plenty of closet space to hang clothes, but no dresser or place to unpack things that don't hang up. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, just a short drive to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. It was very comfortable, relaxing, and we felt safe. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

The grand entrance and the grand staircase was captivating at first entering. The home was, very spacious and cozy it had everything we needed to focus on being with family. All guests had nothing but good things to say and described as “beautiful”. The owners were responsive to questions we had. I definitely recommend this place for our wedding we had nearby.
