Everything is well thought out for the comfort of the guests. The kitchen is very well equipped, perfect for making good meals. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space to eat and rest. The rooms are cozy and the bedding quality. The gite is 10-15 minutes from the parking lot of the Saint Lary gondola, which is perfect for skiing. Thank you for the warm welcome and attention to detail!

This little house is perfect: functional, clean, well-decorated, warm and extremely well placed in Biarritz. We enjoyed being both quiet in an unspoiled neighborhood and very close to downtown and the beach. All in a home away from home with a cozy and green exterior. Communication with Denis was smooth and pleasant, everything was done for our convenience and comfort. A cocoon where we'll come back!

We had a wonderful time in this house that has a lot of charm. Everything is there to ensure you have unforgettable family moments. The house is very well located. With the highway not too far we were 30 minutes from all the big cities to do. I would highly recommend it

Excellent stay in a really nice, bright, very well-equipped house. There were 9 of us in the house but it is so well laid out that everyone can have their own quiet space. We were not able to enjoy the garden because our stay was short but again everything is done for relaxation, comfort and fun. Our hosts even put bikes at our disposal. When we arrived we were greeted by Sophie, extremely caring. Thank you Sophie!! We only have one wish, come back to the warm season to enjoy this warm family home. Delphine and Frédéric, we feel that you want our stay to go smoothly. Thank you!

Steph’s place was just beautiful and amazing. Beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches making it a home not a hotel. In an old building in the heart of Pamplona, yet completely modern with everything you will need on the inside. It was really easy to let ourselves in with the app and Steph was easy to contact throughout. Location is great for walking around Pamplona. Carpark about 5-10 mins away where we left our car for the 2 nights we were in Pamplona. 100% recommended.

great weekend spent in this apartment ideally located in relation to the lifts. everything is done on foot. The apartment is large, with plenty of storage and very well kept. There are even board games:) Sandrine has always been responsive and very enjoyable. i recommend it 100%

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

Ideal in Biarritz! Ideal rental in Biarritz for 4 people (or couple and children). Admirable human qualities of the hosts Martine and Pierre. On the practical side: quick responses, neat and well-equipped apartment (excellent sleeping arrangements), ideally located (Saint Charles district at the same time quiet and with all useful shops and good restaurants); good recommendations given by Mr. and P.; proximity to beaches (10‘walk) and the center of Biarritz. Free shuttles to the different neighborhoods and Basque beach. Everything is there for a comfortable stay in this attractive resort. Thank you Martine for the little zen touches sown in every room, they help taste the air of the holidays! Thank you for your concern and kindness. Short stay just perfect in Sonia's apartment, very nice and quick welcome. The apartment is really great , hyper cocooning and good location , you can do anything on foot. It was great, no complaints!
