Compact Urban Apartment with Open-Air Lounge top Wifi at the City Center. Though very quiet, is fully equipped and offers space to relax or to work online, and I help personally for any issue. Two main beaches, El Corte Inglés & shopping, Ruiz de Alda venue & pubs Transport Hubs and bike Lanes are within few minutes, Santa Catalina Park within 10 minutes walking distance. A minimalist compact apartment, sailor's cabin sized. Simplicity: work table, sleep area, WC, shower and a basic kitchen.

90 m2 apartment renovated in January 2020 (Lacquered doors, total renovation of the 2 bathrooms, refurbished kitchen, all the furniture to be premiered) in one of the best areas of Las Canteras beach, in the Guanarteme neighborhood, just 4 minutes walk from Las Canteras beach, Mesa y López shopping area and Santa Catalina Park. The apartment is in a family building of only 3 floors, built in 1998, very quiet and bright. The street is pedestrian and the building has an elevator.

The house is in the middle of an old neighborhood, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest larger supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is in the village. Tirajana Valley is an ideal for hiking lovers. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.
