Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

Superb spacious cottage, very luxurious, spotless, with beautiful views, excellent hospitality, beautiful area, we just have positive! We were four couples of friends, we did 2 days at the Mont Grand Fonds (cross-country and alpine skiing) and in the evening was able to enjoy the spa and billiards table. Host very anxious to serve us well, even offered us on site a small gift bag of local products to taste, which were delicious. Thank you for this beautiful excapade.

We had a great time at the trapper's cottage. Although we were afraid of being cold when we arrived at the accommodation, we contacted Genessee upon arrival who was very responsive and came to help us turn on the wood burning stove. The space heated very quickly and throughout the stay the indoor temperature was warm even without the wood burner being turned on. Great environment with walks in the estate and up to the reserve where you can see deer. The cottage may seem small from the outside when you arrive, but in reality it is very spacious and large in depth. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Change of scenery and tranquility assured. We would definitely recommend Genessee's homes, which is very friendly, warm and caring.

We had a fantastic time at this cottage for my birthday weekend with the girls! The location was perfect—peaceful. We especially appreciated that there were rooms in the basement with doors, which made it easy for the mama in our group to get restful nights with her new born. The directions to the cottage were clear, and all the provided information was easy to follow. The amenities were great—we loved using the spa and had a wonderful time snowshoeing in Lac-des-Sables. Stéphane was an excellent host, responding quickly to any questions we had. Overall, an amazing stay—I recommend it! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the river and its activities.

The house is nice and very comfortable, large enough to accommodate a family of 10 without being cramped. The fenestration allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the river. The exterior is well maintained and the grounds are intimate. Everything is very clean and the equipment of the house is complete. Our favorites in addition to the view of the St. Lawrence: the fireplace and the piano. We'll be back!

We stayed there as a family one weekend. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home! The place is really welcoming, very clean and functional. I recommend it without hesitating. We'll go back.

We went to a few families at the cottage and we really enjoyed it. The views are beautiful and it was very quiet! Even though the weather conditions were not optimal we played board games and the kids had bcp of space to have fun! Thanks & for sure we'll be back:)

Beautiful old house with all the modern amenities. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable and fully equipped; nothing was missing, even small touches for my 4 paws (raised bowls, back rope and cushions). Quiet place, great river view, not to mention the spa, pool table and excellent WiFi. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again. Thanks Cara.

Our stay was very nice. The place is wonderful and peaceful, the house is well lit with an amazing view! We were 2 families with children, there was enough space for us to feel comfortable! We enjoyed the little details, examples small bench in the bathroom for the younger child or high chair! I highly recommend Marie-Ève's house!

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

Remarkable place! You feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Extremely comfortable beds. And what to say about the view. Stunning! I recommend and will not hesitate to spread the word.

Very nice location with an exceptional view. We were disappointed and surprised to discover that the 3rd bedroom was not an enclosed room and that it was only partitioned by curtains which was not ideal for privacy and to avoid noises from the rest of the cottage. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay a lot

Exceptional stay in winter in this very cozy and warm chalet. The view of the Saint Laurent is crazy and transforms every day . Access may seem complicated but in the end there is no problem and if the ice threatened to prevent us from passing our host immediately ordered a snowmobile. We recommend for the location! Beautiful place! The water contains sulfur and is not drinkable, but hosts provide a water dispenser. Very happy with the hot tub! We would have taken it a bit warmer, but nice! Large windows, quiet, bright place.

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the stove and the armchairs facing the Saint Laurent. We highly recommend it for visiting the area. It is located 30 minutes from the bay of Saint Catherine from where you can board to watch the whales.

Beautiful and very bright view. Peaceful place. The gas fireplace gave a great atmosphere for our après-ski. We skied at the Massif and Mont Grand Fond and found the house in a good location for getting around. Good comfort in general apart from the kitchen chairs that no longer offer support and would need to be replaced. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking on the instrument side, dishes and cookware. We had trouble with the TV system. The host took action quickly to connect us with a technician. It would be interesting to provide tenants with an instruction guide for the TV system. We recommend the place without hesitation.
