Vacation rentals with a patio in La Choya

My experience was great and the stay was amazing

After having to cancel our reservation they set us up with an upgraded penthouse! Had options to choose from with their private rental group(PisolinoRentals) and was well worth it!

This place was in the perfect location on the Malecón, you can see the Peñasco letters from your balcony. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and night life! Only thing I would add is if you want extra towels or kitchen towels to bring them! TY for an affordable, comfortable unit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront house, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by breathtaking views of the ocean that truly take your breath away. The house is perfectly situated right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze throughout our stay. The interior of the house is just as impressive as the exterior. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a large patio, making it the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of beach adventures. What really made our stay exceptional was our host, Chuck. From the very beginning, Chuck was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information wee needed. Thank you very much Chuck!

This is one of the best homes I’ve ever rented on Airbnb. The owners are extremely kind and responsive. They live on the front of the property, but there’s a good amount of space between the two houses so I never felt like privacy was an issue. As a single female, I felt more safe and secure having them on the property. There is a carport for your vehicle and an automatic gate, so that was a super big plus. There is a laundry room just off from the house, but it’s in a room with a toilet inside. There are outdoor sinks available for use as well. The inside of the home is beautiful - the beds are all super comfy, the linens are luxurious, and all the decor is extremely tasteful. The water pressure on the property is great and I never had issues with the internet connection. The kitchen is large and open to the living room, which is great for entertaining. There is a private backyard for your pet, but on the weekends and evenings you can let your dog roam in the front. A++++++

This home is beautiful and perfect for a big family. We were a group of 12 and fit perfectly. The air conditioning was super cold which is always a plus in this heat. About 8-10 minutes away from the beach! Definitely look forward to coming back with the family.

Nice safe place. Be aware that you do share front area with another airbnb but you have a big private backyard

Super good place. We only stood a day in a half due to a family emergency and cut our trip short . Overall it was great.

Fernando’s place is very beautiful! We loved the enclosed patio and the set up! The neighborhood is quiet and close to EVERYTHING! We could walk to the public beach if we wanted! The Melacon was a 5/8 minute drive. Fernando was very quick to respond to any messages sent before and even when leaving! Just everything about his place is worth the stay! We will definitely be booking again and possibly every time we go out there this will be our spot to book!

Very beautiful home, amazing view felt very cozy and welcoming, had everything we needed for our 4 day stay loved the patio and the fireplace. I would definitely be coming back. And thank you Tom for being helpful. 🙂

Very cozy and lovely place to stay. Great views from the patio and a short walk to the beach. Close to town and very easy to get around. Would stay here again!

We had such a lovely time staying here. The patio had comfy furniture, the view was excellent and we even got to see a few dolphins swim by. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The sliding door was so clean I thought it was open when we got there. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here and plan to be back soon! I've stayed at a few places in Rocky Point and we all agreed this was the best place by far. The view was amazing, better than the pictures. Everything was conveniently close by but in a secure area, the 24 hour security added to that. The condo was spacious and there were more than enough beds. The pool was right by the beach and had enough seating areas that we were able to hang out and still have vendors stop by if we wanted to buy anything. The hosts were responsive and attentive at all times. We had everything we needed here to have a great time!

I've stayed at 10+ bnbs on Sandy Beach and this one was leaps and bounds on a different level. Too many positives to list. Comfortable beds, crisp and clean white linens, ample towels, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, amazing location, good restaurant close by. In addition, there was a lot of attention to fine details such a new sponge, soaps, presentation of towels, bed side charging outlet, etc. Truly a 5 star stay in an city, but 6+ stars compared to anywhere I have stayed in Rocky Point. Book it! You won't regret your decision.

The host was very responsive. The place was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The resort was peaceful. We felt right at home.

Marshall’s place was perfect for our New Years trip. He provided us with detailed information along with local recommendations. The condo is perfectly decorated along with a big balcony that provides a sunrise and sunset view. We were able to check in early for our stay in which we greatly appreciated.
