The apartment as shown in the photos, had all the utensils that one may need, new and clean. The beds are comfortable. Excellent location. Good internet and smart TV. The negative thing is that we found a lot of pet hairs and in the matrimonial room the pillows smelled the 🐶 and it was very unpleasant for me. We could solve it the next day with the washing of the covers and the pillows we bring it out in the sun on the terrace, which Pablo recommended for the quick drying of the clothes. The host Nati is very loving and willing to help, just like Pablo. Fabulous hosts. Tip: Avoiding pet admission to keep the apartment in good condition, note that I am a dog.

Located in the heart of the peninsula of Punta del Este. High floor that allows a formidable view of beaches, port and city center. Super equipped (even with a clothes washer and dryer), comfortable and comfortable bedroom with plenty of space for the clothes guard. Fully equipped kitchen, cupboards and new shelves. Living room also spacious, equipped and modern. I have stayed many times in that building, without a doubt the best depto. The hosts 10 points. If you are looking for accommodation in the Peninsula of Pta del Este, do not hesitate to book it.

The apartment is very good and the building is excellent, garage pool and games are all very good, the only negative is that you can hear a lot from the neighbors, TV, furniture, etc. But I would definitely come back, Caro 10 points!

Great place to stay, with the concierge it made access extremely easy and it was great to have a secure parking space inside the building.

Beautiful place, very quiet, ideal for resting, super comfortable bed, the jacuzzi and the pool, were the perfect combination to relax. Added to Jorge's attention, who gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the area

Location, surroundings, landscapes, walking distances. All you want in a trip to Punta del Este is right here. There are some "perks" not listed, like a bracelet you must ask for if you are planning to use the building facilities, or the magnetic card you need to access the complex by car. The staff at the building, though, are extremely supportive and nice and provided everything, including advice. Will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. The view is magnificent and the apartment is beautifully taken care of.

The apartment is nicer and bigger than it looks for photos. Ruben very attentive answered immediately the only inconvenience we had (something less from the shower) and sent people to solve it. Everything from 10, we would definitely come back.
