The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. The apartment is just as described. Everything was very clean and tidy. We arrived at night and the stove was on and it was great. Cozy and perfect environment to spend a few days with family and/or friends. I recommend it 100%.

We have been very comfortable in the house. The communal areas and the porch give rise to spending time together both older and children. Despite the cold of the street, the heating is wonderful because it has a underfloor. We had a small inconvenience with the bbq that Alberto fixed it at the moment. We don't have a complaint

everything great in the apartment. well located to know the mountain range of basin. also to visit the city of basin located 30min by car. Also do routes such as the one in the nail lagoon. it has heating and wood burning fireplace. an area with barbecue. and field in the surroundings to walk with the pet. highly recommended

The location truly couldn’t be better — right in the center, close to everything: restaurants, shops, museums, and public transportation. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. It features four separate suites, each with its own private bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re cooking a full meal or just preparing coffee in the morning. The only minor issue we encountered was with the bed in the last room — the base made quite a bit of noise and could use some repair. But this was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay. The house is really spectacular, it's huge and has plenty of room to go with a lot of people. The garden is very large and the barbecue area is great to enjoy. 100% recommended for a weekend with friends or family. The process with Alejandro was very simple and everything was perfect.

Very good and wide house that can accommodate a large family like mine. The house has all the necessary utensils for the stay. Housekeeping may improve a bit but it's personal. It is a very beautiful house that can be used by people of all ages from babies to gentlemen. It is a quiet place to relax without disturbance of neighbors. There are several restaurants, markets, pharmacies close by which it is easy to use in everyday life. I recommend the house to other people and large families! Communication with the owner was very easy and respectful!

We rented the accommodation with 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, play board games, etc. while the rest could rest without a problem. And Teba, the host, was super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

Brilliant house in Madrid. Really close to the airport but really quiet at the same time. The house was spacious and clean and had a great garden to spend some time in. Raquel was very responsive and helpful and in constant contact to make sure all was well. Highly recommended!
