Villa vacation rentals in Kythnos

The house is on a large lot with fruit trees just steps away from the beach. The house is well equipped and very well equipped and very clean with air conditioning, which was very nice given the summer heat during our stay. Fanni hosted us very warmly with a superb fruit platter and some gifts, a specialty of the island. We had a very pleasant time at this very quiet property. We will be back.

We had a perfect and wonderful time in the beautiful house Piperi! It was very calm and lovely decorated. The view above the ocean is amazing, you can watch a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The house was very clean and everything you need is in the house. Many good places to seat outside. The kids loved the pool. The host was so friendly and helpful in every case! Thank you very much for sharing this special place!

Dimitris and Nancy’s place is very welcoming and confortable. They are great hosts and all was just perfect. The view from the house is stunning and you can walk to 2 beautiful beaches . We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to come back.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

It was really a pleasure dealing with Jakob whose communication skills were impeccable. He was very responsive and fully catered to our needs. It makes a whole difference when you know that the person cares and reacts to all requests. Thank you Jakob

Beautiful house, very tasteful and high-quality furnishings with great views and equipped with the latest electronic devices. Great pool, perfect terrace and great lighting concept. Communication with George, check-in and check-out went pleasantly and straightforward. George had kindly bought us some groceries on arrival. We felt particularly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Second summer in a row staying at Sabine's place, a beautiful home in the Cycladic style with cement floors, huge windows overlooking Kalo Ambeli and the infinite Aegean blue. The home is a 10 minute drive from Livadi, one of the two main towns and the port of Serifos and Sabine, the host, is warm, kindhearted and available to answer any questions about the property or Serifos in general. Check-in is hassle free, the rooms are a nice size, oh and did I mention the views? Spectacular. Highest recommendation!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house. I hope we will get a chance to return to make more memories. Absolutely beautiful decor, location and service. Can’t say enough good things about it! X

Great stay in Vourkari. Very pleasant house, access on foot to the port, and to a small beach. Very nice view from the terrace of the house. Nikos is a very responsive and efficient host. Mona welcomed us very warmly, and is also very responsive.

Francesca’s villa is one for the books. On the edge of Serifos mountain, with incredible views and gorgeous surroundings this place is worth every penny! Can get windy at times due to being on the edge of the mountain but we were lucky to get a few good days of prestine weather in September. Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely need a car to help get around as it’s pretty remote

I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. This home was built to live in! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Each room boasts sweeping views of the picturesque Aegean ocean! I would highly recommend this spot! Alex was extremely helpful and the local host, Nicos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. What a wonderful stay! Everything was arranged down to the last detail and so well taken care of and clean! From beginning to end, communication with Natassa was perfect! So much space and a lovely garden with swimming pool. With a rental car we were everywhere we needed and wanted to be! Really have a very enjoyable stay and we definitely want to come back!

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

The residence was far better than what is shown on the pictures. The overall experience was fantastic and Kiki was always available and attentive to all our needs. It is a unique experience.
