The cottage is very well located, a landscaped private beach in a 5 minutes walk, a large, beautiful protected area of the recreation area, a lot of greenery, flowers. There is a decent dining room. The cottage itself has a wonderful terrace that overlooks a small but beautiful and well-maintained courtyard. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and comfortable for relaxation, everything you need is there. From Larissa, we learned a lot of useful information. Lovely hosts, great place to stay. We plan to come again.

I had a wonderful stay with the family. Каныбек picked me up from Kara Balta for 1000 som and then I paid for 1000 som per day for food. Elnur always cooked for me if I was hungry and was very kind and welcoming. Her son speaks English and it was fun communicating in half English, Russian and trying to learn kyrgyz words. It was lovely and funny to spend time with Opa too. I love that they have the perfect balance between taking care of you and letting you be. The surroundings are beautiful and you can walk into the mountains from their home. I recommend for a simple, rural stay.

Great place near Osh Bazaar! Everything was clean and quiet. There is a small grocery store right outside the house, which is very convenient for quick shopping. The living conditions are excellent and everything you need is at hand. Recommended!

Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

Spent two days as a guest. I'll split the review in two. Pros - Great location in a scenic and private location - There is silence around, after the city it was a little scary, only a couple of hours later I didn't want to leave anywhere. - A large area, it was very nice to lie on the lawn under the shade of chestnuts. - The apple orchard on the property, assuming that in the spring it is very beautiful to bloom. - Clean air and mountain view from the second floor - Big house, we were in our own, but there is a lot of space for the company. - Friendly hosts, always happy to help answer questions or help drive from/to the border or to Ala Archu. - Nearby is Ala Archie, you can leave in the morning to walk along the trails or climb to the peaks(unfortunately we did not visit) Features (I did not belong to the disadvantages, because this is very subjective): - There is no food delivery, but this is not a problem, you can get to cafes that are not so far away (10-15 minutes by car) - There was no problem with taxis when you had to go for groceries - the car was fast

An amazing place with an incredible natural environment! The house is comfortable and cozy. On the territory of the complex there is an apricot garden, which you can enjoy eating after swimming in Issyk-Kul))) Clean and sparsely populated beach a minute walk from the house. The service is responsive and attentive, it was a pleasure to interact. Always available, help with the organization of leisure, cook delicious trout on the grill. It's a pity that we came only for the weekend, next time we will come to you for a longer period of time. Thank you for being hospitable!

Felt like newly built and decorated compact 2 story building. Perfect for three of us. Nurzida went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome, friendly and helpful host.
