A marvelous pad! I liked everything. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, easy to find a house and get the keys. The apartment had everything you needed. Clean, cozy, just like in the photo. There are many places in the neighborhood with delicious food, also with free deliveries. You can walk around the property and a large supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this place and will stay again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and centrally located. I had some trouble with online meetings from the living/dining room, but moving closer to the router helped. Vitaliy is very kind, speaks good English and genuinely wants his guests to have a good stay. Very positive experience.

I really liked the apartment, the view from the window is simply incredible. My husband and I liked the idea with two sinks, I didn't even imagine it was so convenient :) Elevators in the house are on generators, which is cool given the high floor. Natalia was very kind and agreed to connect the gpon to the apartment, which came in handy when the lights were turned off, for which I thank you again! We were left with a positive experience

This is a great apartment, very comfortable for a long-term stay, and in a great location. There is a supermarket in the underground in front ~1-minute walk, Puzatahata a few meters away, and a good view from the window towards Arena City. Everything was clean, the Wifi working great, and there is a modern elevator in the building. I recommend.

Maria is a great and responsible host, initially there was a small problem with the lack of a microwave, but after communicating with Maria, they quickly resolved this issue, literally 2 hours later, the microwave was already brought and installed !! 👌🏻👌🏻 customer orientation at the highest level, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, for which she has a huge thank you !! I ☺️☺️🙏🏻👍🏻 will definitely come back 👌🏻

QThe host met me in the apartment and gave me kind help. He helped me to confirm y parking and adviced me how to park in backyard if I wanted. Also told e how to find Kyiv food marked. :-) It is always nice to hire with private apartments.

Very nice and cozy apartment with an incredible view of the city. There are all amenities, the apartment is very clean and stylish. Separately, I want to mention the friendly guard at check-in, because other homes sometimes have problems with this. I will be happy to stay here again ☺️

A cozy and quite large apartment, in a convenient location, has everything you need for your stay, a large wardrobe, everything works, a lot of the necessary details ( soap, shampoo, hairdryer, coffee, tea, sugar), a pleasant fragrance in the apartment, comfortable furniture, everything is neat and works. Elena is very pleasant in communication, always in touch.

My experience at Elena’s apartment was great! It was a pleasure to stay in one of my favourite areas of Kyiv! My start of the busy days and the end felt even better at this apartment! Peaceful, good touch in the interior design, nice finish of the furniture, felt like home.
