We rented an apartment for two weeks with our family. The apartment is very clean. Everything matches the photos. Very close to the sea. A very friendly owner who helped us if there were difficulties

herr ceglar is an excellent host the apartment is really 5 minutes walk from the famous ladies beach, 5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, cafe, there is a small shop nearby in 2 minutes walking, and the best, the Dolmus drive every 5 minutes to get to the center of the Shate of Kugadasi. the pool is large, clean, there are deck chairs available. in short, we had a great vacation thanks to this place. we will be happy to come back.

The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

Wonderful place and location in Kusadasi. It's walking distance from the beach and offers a noce view from the balcony. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Hallo. The communication with Mr. Sami, Mr. Ferhat and the neighbor Mr. Naci (very helpful) were very good. Only the house really needs to be renovated and technically taken in hand. You should not expect a 5-star villa. The rooms on the top floor are not for adults with 1.90 m size. All air conditioning appliances are working, but some of the settings are no longer! Pool was great, but not jump in, otherwise you always have to refill the water yourself (because of the pump). In the house there is only one bathroom, which you can also call as a bathroom or shower option. The top toilet/shower is a disaster (complete sloping roof). In general, it's good but a little too expensive for the price! There are better ones for a better price and amenities. Thank you for everything!

It is located directly on the sea with many restaurants. Not far from the property (about a 5-minute walk) there are two supermarkets. Mr. Taylan was very friendly and was reachable 24/7. He was also flexible with check-in. Great and very clean place It only takes about 7 min. by car/taxi to get down to the harbor. I highly recommend this place. Just great.

There is a lot of value built into this very nice apartment a fews steps from Ladies Beach. We stayed here a week in the off season and found it to be very comfortable, adequately appointed, with good hot water and excellent internet. We also took advantage of the two terraces (one with a sea view) throughout our stay. While we didn’t want for anything during our stay, Taylan checked in every few days to ensure our stay was going well, and he helped us coordinate laundry service as well. Highly recommended.

Taylan’s place was the BEST choice for me and my husband. We planned to stay 3 nights, but we ended up adding another night to fully enjoy the space. It was easy to find, and Taylan communicated very early with us, instructing how to enter the place. The apartment was very clean, and it matched exactly with the photos. The location is incredibly near to the beach, and we could enjoy sunsets every day. Taylan and his mom were super friendly, and made ourselves very comfortable. They speak very good English, which helped us a lot, since we are not Turkish citizens. There are many good restaurants walking distance from the apartment, so you basically don’t need a car to have lunch or dinner. We highly recommend this place, and will certainly be back to enjoy more during summer time!
