Our family had an unforgettable stay. It was like stepping into a fantasy movie! The kids were obsessed with the pool and water slide, and every part of the house felt like a new adventure: treehouse office, koi pond under glass, and of course... the giant Shrek guarding the castle pavilion! The space is beautifully designed, clean, and fully equipped with everything from kitchen gear to gym equipment and fun extras like bikes, pool table, and a punching bag. The beach is just a 3-minute drive away, very peaceful, lush, and absolutely beautiful. The only small challenge we had was finding some of the light switches & the fuse box when the AC tripped once—just a little tricky at first but easy to learn! Noi was an amazing host too! The house's caretaker also lives nearby & came over a few times when we needed to find a few things. She was thoughtful, helpful, and always quick to respond. If you're traveling with kids, this place is pure magic. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The house is very family friendly, close to the beach and the community is quiet. The resort staff are warm and kind.

Malee was an extremely responsive host. The villa was exactly as in the pictures and perfect for what we needed. The common areas on the gated community needed a bit more upkeep but the villa was in great shape with everything working. It is away from the main beach road so very quiet and you have a lot of food options available within a few hundred meters of walking. The host was also very responsive during our stay and did all to make sure we were comfortable. I recommend this place without any reservation.

Nick‘s apartment is a awesome place to be if you’re looking for rather relaxed holidays at a beautiful beach off the beaten track. The apartment itself is in a good constitution, very spacious for a couple and contains all you need and even more. Especially the kitchen‘s equipment is extensive and far above average. Nevertheless, there are lots of excellent restaurants around, primarily at the beach road, which can be reached by walk or by using one of the resort’s bicycles. Nick is a great host, responds super fast and offers perfect support. We‘ll definitely return to this place.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!

This is well a thought out vacation home, very comfortable and functional. We loved our stay here. The pool is amazing and just steps away. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure and the WiFi worked great. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Praveena was a fantastic host. She made our stay feel like home. For wheelchair travellers, Thailand is certainly not the easiest country to navigate. But here at Praveena's place, everything was truly 100% accessible. And the best part is that Praveena understands the needs of handicapped people and she just makes things possible. You don't feel like the person for whom exceptions are always made - you're "normal" when you rely on a wheelchair. Highly recommended!!

Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

If you are considering staying in this area then look no further, this apartment is perfect. A one bedroom unit bordering a pool with 6 other apartments. The apartment has a great location at the top of the pool with Sun loungers to laze away your day and a roof terrace to relax & watch the stars at night. The beach is quiet with plenty of bars & restaurants around 10/15 min walk. We hired a motorbike before arrival which was great to visit some of the nearby attractions. The village complex is beautiful and well kept & the hosts could not have been more helpful. We have traveled far in Thailand and will hopefully make many returns to this wonderful apartment.
