Its a cute arty self contained cottage connected to the garden, and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning before starting the day. Nombulelo and her family were very kind and accomadating and I was invited for dinner one night where I got to hear more about their world, which I really enjoyed. Renate's place was perfect for what I needed. The location is unbeatable - walking distance from everything one might need. The room is cozy and includes entertainment and a corner to work. The showers were great with perfect water pressure. The patio was also nice and felt private. Host Renate was incredibly kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond for her guests and ensures you are comfortable. This was an A+ stay all the way.

A great location and very secure. A warm welcome from host and Max, the very very friendly dog. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem with the TV on check in, which was sorted right away. A really great little spot. We loved our stay!

I had an absolute pleasure of staying at your place and I must say it's exactly what we needed.... The house itself is beautifully mantained, cozy and comfotable... makes you feel at home. But what truly sets apart is the hospitality we recieved from you and your staff including your son, who was more than welcoming. We were so confotable we thought of externding, as it was difficult to leave. If you want peace and quiet, I highly recommend Lila's place. We will be calling again soon.

If you are looking for a peaceful mini home away from home then Ncedi's place is definitely the place to be. I absolutely appreciated the extra amenities that weren't even listed. A definite GO TO, not far from Fourways Mall and Montecasino. Their pool is gorgeous and the home is squeaky clean.

It was a fantastic stay for a week - the cottage is well set up, with all the amenities one might need, even for a more extended stay. I enjoyed interacting with Nicci & her husband and how peaceful the cottage was. The neighborhood is a serene residential environment but super close to Rosebank/Illovo to go out or go shopping. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Great for work and holiday while we were in Joburg. Bigger than the photos make it look and the location felt very safe and secure.

Will stay again in the 1 bed unit if just myself. Saw the other unit on premise as well with 2 bed and 2 rooms, almost small flat. Will be great for when it is our family of 4. The Spar and small shopping center close by was very convenient.

Excellent host, excellent apartment, seamless checkin, lovely breakfast pack, a lot of thought went into setting up the apartments with very useful and thoughtful items in the apartment, I will certainly visit again in the near future.

I absolutely loved staying at Frances’s place! The property is secure, lush with nature, and central to Zoo Lake, Rosebank, and several other Joburg gems. This contained space is especially perfect for solo, womxn travelers. From the toilet paper, to the washing machine soap, and the compost in the back, I personally loved Frances’s prioritization of being eco-friendly. Her attention to detail, care, and welcoming nature can instantly be picked up in her communication, dog walk invitations, and the freedom she grants you to roam the beautiful yard and property at large. Would highly recommend booking your next stay with Frances!

Sybylle’s place is immaculate, the ambience is peaceful and the quality of the finishes excellent. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. And Sibylle herself is a delight - quick to smile and extremely helpful. The only improvement I can suggest is another or extra fan for hot nights. We had a great stay.

George and Petra are wonderful people. I spent such a wonderul week with them, I felt so welcome and shared their beautiful home with such open hearts. Their place is extremely clean and well taken care of (they pay attention to details). I loved that they are respective of peoples privacy but also so welcoming socially. They have a beautiful pool and garden, where you can see the most beautiful bird life. There location is superb! It's situation in a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. Shops are very closeby and it's easy to get in and out of the property. I felt right at home with George and Petra! They are such truly wonderful people. I am blessed to have met them and experienced both their warmth and their beautiful property. Thank you Georg and Petra, you've left an unforgettable mark on my heart!

This place looked like the pictures, the hosts were extremely welcoming and constantly communicating and respknding, very home like and ubjntu..i will definetly go back it was very peaceful and access to the pool and garden was great and private. Very very great hosts

William and Carol have put in a lot of effort to go above and beyond. They cater for more than just what you need. The cabin was extremely neat and clean. We felt safe and this is also an ideal spot for women traveling alone. There is secure parking available. Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, kind and considerate.

Annalien continues to be a stellar host and Irene Boomhuis has become a favourite amongst colleagues. Very excited for our next visit. Annalien is always responsive to all queries and very approachable for any changes, her accommodation is spotless and so welcoming that we sometimes forget we are not at home, and we are always looking forward to our next booking when it's time to leave.
