Water and power can be found between garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake access. On the premises, there is a cabin and a caravan, which may be occupied by guests. Unfortunately, there is a construction site next door at the moment.

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

The 135 m2 loft offers a unique living experience due to the size and room height. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is very centrally located right outside the gates of Konstanz's old town. Short distances to the recreation area in Kreuzlingen on Lake Constance and Konstanz with culture and city life guarantee a perfect stay. You can park your car directly at the house and explore the area on foot, by bike and public transport.
