An excellent apartment and host, the quality of the home and attention to detail is truely top tier - amazing value for money. You have a standing desk over looking a serene river view, all amenities needed, a pool, a gym, the beach, lots of food options and beautiful mangrove walking area 10 minute walk away. A rare find, recommended

Everything is very prompt in the check-in process. Everything in the apartment has met our expectations. Great grounds and location. We will definitely come again.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

We were 2 couples staying in Philippe's house for 2 weeks and everything was just perfect , so nice house and close to the beach and the nice pool . It was very quiet and peaceful there . Close to good restaurants , there were also some places to buy beer and water nearby , the grocery store was a bit away then then the mc electric car is recommended. We are happy to come back here we have fully enjoyed our holiday . Philippe is very helpful and responsive .

This is a lovely stay and the instructions were very clear The host was responsive on messages and the staff on site were lovely We stayed a week, 4 people and electric was 1300 using air con in the evening. Just for an idea. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and a restaurant on site, but we cooked most nights. A rice cooker and a BBQ would be a great addition to the house :) we have already booked to return

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

A really nice apartment with all you need. Very comfy bed with smooth bed sheets. Ac in both rooms. Nice and clean. A nice caring owner. Recommending!

Great condo in a quiet and beautiful location. There is a good cafe in the complex, and several bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a lot of nature around, you can take a break from the city noise) Thanks to the extremely polite host, highly recommend the place!
