The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjoining dairy store offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and the nearest train station can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
