clem's house is located in Sham Shui Po, just around the corner is West Kowloon Center, where there are buses and subway.If you want to visit neighborhood food or vintage small shops, second-hand bookstores, and feel the taste of local harbor, this is a very good choice.There is also an affordable but delicious breakfast shop and fruit shop nearby; the security guards in the building, the neighbors with the elevator are very human, the room I stayed in was vintage and cozy, clem and her assistant, and the tea cup dog QQ is very experienced with guests coming from far away.

I like living here. It is very convenient for me. It is close to the Airport Express and it is very quiet. The neighbors are not noisy. Although the room is small, I can open a 28-inch suitcase. The room is very tidy. The air conditioning and hot water are sufficient and warm. A reminder to bring your own bath towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, because you will need them. Katrina is a very good person. She will answer any questions you have and will send you detailed messages before you check in and check out. I believe I will book this room next time. I love it here.🫶🏻

I was very happy to have booked this apartment for three month.

Not much to say: absolutely great place and host.

Location was very good 5 min walking to sai ying pun mrt station exit A1. Wi-Fi and A-C working perfectly. Flat owner was quick to respond.

Robert’s place was great, although was smaller than the photos appeared. As such my husband and I ended up having to move to a friend’s house and leave our two young adult children to stay alone ( which wasn’t a problem.) As 4 people in that tiny space would have been a real squeeze. The biggest problem that there had been a last minute problem with the kitchen which suddenly needed repair. As such it was shut off completely when my daughter arrived and she was told that the kitchen would not be able to be used. In such a tiny space, losing a whole kitchen was a big deal. It also meant that they had nowhere to go to store or prepare even the most basic of food. Robert was very good about it when I contacted him though and agreed to give us a sizable refund on our initial payment as compensation, which I thought was very fair. As such, I am still happy to give a positive review.

The best location possible for the most lively , social entertainment area on Hong Kong Island . Within easy walking distance of 100's of restaurants, and bars. Flat was small, but cosy , and it has everything you need, and more than many bigger flats . Even had a new toaster! And I was easily able to cook some meals there. There is some noise with building works during the day, but this is HK, and I sleep fine at night. I could easily stay there again, and wanted to stay longer, but they had another booking. All in a very enjoyable stay, and well done , and thank you Graham.

Causeway Bay This home is in a super good location. Airport Express A11 to Wanchai Fire Station to the bottom of the floor. This house has two rooms suitable for 4 people. It is very difficult to get around. The room is small and has everything. It is very useful. There is also a big light is a big terrace. I was surprised, and the old people love it.

I didn't want a hotel that was too small and dirty, and since it was the holidays, good hotels were too expensive, so I tried Airbnb for the first time and it was a great choice. Harvey, the host, was very friendly and attentive. From the taxi to and from the airport, to the tourist routes, descriptions of the property, and transportation tips. The house was clean and he provided extra blankets and a heater as it was unusually cold the week we stayed. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house in Hong Kong.

It was good. There was some cigarette smoking. Just a heads up. If that’s a big red flag for you. Otherwise 5 stars. Recommended

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

The location is very convenient, and the accommodation experience was excellent. The host was very thoughtful and attentive. The second-floor gym and play area were great additions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again next time!

We loved staying at Elisa's place. The location was amazing, so close and walkable to many restaurants, cafes and bars. We were with our 4 year old and 1 year old and there were even two playgrounds a very short walk away. The apartment itself was perfect and clean and check-in was very easy. And Elisa was super responsive. Would highly recommend!

Safe and clean, not far from Yuenlang, consistent description, the landlord is very nice, easy to communicate with!

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!
