Vacation rentals with a pool in Kota Kinabalu

Feels like home, such nice and cozy environment. We decided to extend another night! Pristine pool and surrounding. Grocery store is just a couple minute drive away. Truly a hidden gem that is not far off from city. 10/10 rating!

The host was warm and attentive, responded promptly, and patiently answered some of our questions. There was no cold handling or impatient👍👍 2 rooms and living room windows facing the sea, the view was great!The location is very good, next door is the Cheston pier, so it's easy to go island hopping or go out.

10/10 Experience – Exceeded All Expectations! I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with my stay – it wasn’t just a 5-star experience, it was a solid 10 stars! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spotless, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions and the helpful staff, Bibi, who made everything so easy. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made me feel so welcome. Her professionalism and kindness truly added to the overall experience. If I ever return to KK, I will without a doubt book this accommodation again. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this one truly did. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – you won’t be disappointed! The stay was good. We stayed here for a day, but it was a surprise after check-in. The design of the room was very smart, the items were easy to use, the supplies were fully prepared, and it would be convenient if you stayed for a few more days.

The whole stay was good, the room was very quiet, I was able to sleep a lot of people, but the washing machine was broken, but the host was very active in solving it, to refund us the laundry fee, although not much, until I returned home to communicate, very responsible.

It was a very warm welcome stay. Last minutes booking, but stil worth it for 2 nights stay. Alison thank you so much. Will book again next time 😃

Apartment was located in front of airport. Easily access by Grab/taxi. The place was clean, comfortable and suitable for family. Host was very kind, polite and quickly respond to all my inquiry. Thank you and definitely will stay again!

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.
