I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. We stayed with four friends in April, very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and pleasant house. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped and clean. Everything you might need in the house is easy to find and at the bottom. We had a very enjoyable weekend. I don't think I could look for another place as long as it was available on my next visits. We had a fantastic two weeks at this lovely villa in Bodrum. The property was very spacious, for two adults and two kids, well-maintained, and comes with all the appliances required. Air con in every room, the fridge is a great size, the washing machine was ideal and the internet was great! Closest beach is a 10 min walk away. The public section is very small, but the private sunbeds were only 200 tl each and offered waiter service from cafe. Small supermarket (Migros Jet) is only 5 mins walk which we used a few times. We hired a car and had no trouble parking, on the road outside, during the day. The views over the bay are amazing! There is a nightclub near the beach, which can be noisy at the weekends, but it was not a problem for us sleeping.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful villa the owners were fantastic they went above and beyond my dad forgot his medication and they went out of the way to get him an alternative and drop it off for him. They were fantastic from start to finish. Next time I will book direct with them.

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.

despite all the negativities we had, it was a great experience, they helped us because we didn't have a car, they took us from the garage, the house was immaculately clean, everything from the Turkish coffee maker to dishwasher detergent was great, the pool and the view were great. Although it was a little difficult to reach without a car, it was a pleasant experience, we recommend it, one of the hosts we thought to go to again
