Amazing retreat away from the busy city life, home supports multi generational living and fun. Excellent location with great view. Hosts made us feel right at home with house made olive oil and preserves, host even helped us make dinner reservations!! Super clean and lots of fun. Bang for your buck. We loved it

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

We had an amazing time at this very spacial Villa. The spectacular landscape, the most beautiful beach, the romantic house with its roses and arches as the house's architectonic signature. The house is spacious and beautiful with handmade wooden carpentry. The artist is Michalis who takes care of the house and his wonderful daughter, Eleni who welcomed us most beautifully.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rosa in Palaia Epidaurus, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The owners of Villa Rosa were warm and welcoming and being available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The villa's manager, Chris, was also very helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and activities. Overall, our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience in Greece. We can't wait to return!

The house was spacious - the highlight is the veranda with the swimming pool, it's an awesome place to hang out. Mark was a great host, very responsive and accomodating.

Our stay at Ogra House was truly magical. Tucked amidst olive groves, this contemporary villa offers tranquility, luxury, and breathtaking sea views. The spacious design comfortably accommodated our family of 8. While the nearby private beach is beautiful but rocky, other options are available within a short distance. The most special feature of Ogra House is the beautiful grand piano in the living room. As two jazz pianists in our group, we couldn't resist the opportunity to fill the house with music. Learning that the piano belonged to George's mother and grandmother, both piano teachers in the region, added an extra layer of meaning. George, our host, was exceptional, ensuring our every need was met. For those seeking a retreat in the Greek countryside, Ogra House is the perfect choice. It was perfect vacation!! 10000000 million times better then we expected. Christina and her family are wonderful people ready to help any moment. Villa Christina 3 was even more beautiful then it is on the photos. For sure we'll come back as soon as we can. We told all our friends about these villas and their owners and hope that some of them will also visit Epidavros very soon)) I highly recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place and spend excellent vacation!!

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've ever had! The property exceeded all of our expectations and was even more stunning in person than it appears in the photos. It’s beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more – from kitchen essentials to entertainment options. The daily cleaning service and bed-making truly made it feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel, yet we still had all the comfort and privacy of being in a home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway!

We had a terrific time at Nafplio Blue Topaz villa. The outside space is fantastic, with a great view on Palamiti castle. Inside you can find everything you need, airco in all the rooms, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms ok. The location is very close to Nafplion centre. Shops and a great 24h/24 bakery Kosmos nearby. Communication with Nick was very nice and helpful. With a further renovation inside of the kitchen and bathrooms upcoming, it’s even going to get better. Don’t hesitate to book this villa if you are planning to stay in this beautiful region.

Tranquility around a seaside villa with a garden and pool. What a gem. This was our third visit. Already planning next year’s dates.

Mara and Bam were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay. Our group of 4 had a wonderful time even in the off-season. There was spinach pie waiting for us and sweet treats upon arrival. They clearly communicated what restaurants were open and connected us with a water taxi service. The kitchen has everything and more to make meals. The space was relaxing, stunning, and the perfect get away for our time in Greece.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

The house is tastefully decorated with 2 terraces that offer a wonderful view. Since we were in the house in the off-season, we had the facility almost to ourselves and it was wonderfully quiet. We almost always had the pool for our own use and we were often alone on the beach. In the neighboring village there was a very good baker with great homemade ice cream and small and large supermarkets.

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !
