Vacation rentals with lake access in Kochi

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

We had the most incredible stay at Neil’s Airbnb in Kochi! Nestled in the midst of lush rice fields, swaying coconut trees, and the serene waters of Lake Periyar, this beautiful 1BHK apartment is an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to explore the charm of Kochi, this is the perfect spot. From the moment we arrived, Neil’s hospitality made all the difference. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful and always available to help. One of the best parts of staying here was the seamless airport pickup and drop-off for a very minimal charge to avoid the cab hassle. The place is tastefully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The stunning views of the surrounding greenery, and waking up to the sounds of nature was a refreshing experience. He also helped us plan our trip to Fort Kochi and nearby restaurants, ensuring we covered all the must-visit spots of the city.

Had a wonderful stay! The hosts were really nice and gave us lots of recommendations for Kochi. The house was very beautiful, clean and comfortable is located in a quiet area. I highly recommend it!

Good good too good - love from another host !

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

Best place to spend time with friends. Beautiful view especially during sunset. Caretaker Ajith took good care of us, always responsive on time :) Highly recommended !

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

We stayed overnight at the Koovappoo Island Villa for a family get-together and found the experience both unique and refreshing. The Island is located close to the city so it is easy to access. The service by Prasad, the caretaker, was excellent as was the food made by Don, the cook. There is great freedom since we had the whole island is all to ourselves. There were only two minor hitches - for some reason the electricity inverter did not work so for brief periods when the electricity went, it was dark. I think this was a one-off and probably not something that happens often. Luckily outage was not more than 10 minutes. The other is that the pressure of water in the upper bathrooms is low so we couldn't use the showers and had to rely on the bucket. This maybe something the management should look into. Overall it was a good break and a location that I would recommend for getting together with friends or family.

Nandan’s place was modern, well equipped, and spacious. It was mostly clean except for some ants and other small issues. He was very responsive, communicative, and flexible with check in. The building has beautiful water views and lots of amenities like a pool, sauna, gym, and patios overlooking Marine drive. The flat is located in great area with easy access to Marine Drive, Queens Walkway, water metro, and all that Ernakulam has to offer. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

This was a wonderful experience for our group of six - from the kind welcome and the mint lemonade served just as we arrived, to the daily bowl of fruit and general hospitality. The cleanliness of the space is unsurpassed. The space is stylish and the hosts were available whenever we needed to speak to them without ever being obtrusive. We ate breakfast next door and that was a great experience too - very simply, homestyle meals that were very affordable and tasty.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Eden cottage. Deepu and his family were very helpful and friendly. Great place for get-togethers since the indoor pool and cozy living area were exactly what we wanted.
