Very cozy, like at home. Cleanliness is great, bed linens are ideally clean and everything is clean. Well heated, the apartment is warm.

We booked Lucie's place on the occasion of my wife's 30th birthday - and it was just perfect! The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

This is the second time we've been here with young children. The place is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the garden with the pool. There were a lot of things for children (outdoor kitchen and sand, toys inside, house) that they won with. The nicer routes with a carriage are a little further by car - we see this as the only drawback, but we still came back here again.

We would have a very nice weekend at the property. It was very cozy, clean, top equipped and beautifully quiet. Communication and check-in were hassle-free, Petr was very friendly and responded quickly 😊 The sauna was great too! We will be happy to come back :)

The place was clean and matched the description and photos. Access was through a drop box which works for us. The apartment house was quiet and modern, parking was in front of the house. Right next to the parking lot is a train stop, which runs frequently, so we unplanned use it for a trip - while the traffic is quiet and does not disturb. There is 1 restaurant nearby, about 2 in high season. It's lovely quiet at night. The facility is very nice, the apartment is very cozy. The only small minus for us was that there is only a curtain in the living room - so whoever sleeps on an extra bed in this room has a light. It's still possible in the winter, but in the summer it probably wouldn't be possible to sleep there like this. My son loved the smart TV with lots of apps that we connected through our house accounts. I recommend the stay and thank Olya for the opportunity to stay at her place.

Had super nice days there, but many hikes are a bit away, car necessary

We stayed there for 2 nights, and the place was super nice and cute. It was very quiet, which really allowed you to relax. The location is a bit away from everything but perfect for relaxing. The place looks like the pictures, we felt totally comfortable right away, beautiful! The only thing that should be paid attention to a little more would be the cleanliness, for example. Bathroom cabinet, kitchen cabinets. But otherwise everything was clean and beautiful. We'd love to come back !

This was our second stay in the pretty holiday apartment in Hartmanice. We had a great time, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good and the kitchen very well equipped. The area around Hartmanice is great for hiking and the view from the apartment is absolutely amazing! We absolutely recommend this apartment and will be back again!

The place is in an absolutely quiet location. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. The host was great at communicating and we received clear instructions for the accommodation. It was also possible to adjust the checkout time by phone. The environment was clean and very cozy. Parking was available right next to the listing. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet holiday with the possibility of sporting activities in the area.

Thank you for a pleasant holiday. We didn't miss anything in the house, all our three children and we were completely satisfied. I would emphasize the temperature comfort that the apartment provides in autumn and winter due to central heating. Recommended.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
