The house is in the Morz, Buch village. It’s close to many cities like Koplenz and Cochem and many others. The house is very spacious and clean. It has a nice and big bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Also, there are 3 bedrooms and a nice living room. Overall, the house is good for a big family or a group of people. The village itself is very nice and quite. It’s a great place visit in order to relax. There’s a hotel in front of the house which serves breakfast and dinner. The owners of the house are very decent and respectful. It was very nice being around them and we felt welcomed by them. I really thank Katy and her husband for all what they did for us and it was pleasant staying with them.

A generous host with a very special place to stay! This is our second time visiting and are thrilled again. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow incredible panoramic views to be enjoyed from all rooms. With the view from the jacuzzi, in addition to the beautiful landscape, you can also marvel at the home cinema and the fire in the fireplace. Also from the well-lit sauna, it is possible to enjoy the view due to the glazed door. Right in front of the sauna is a shower, which is unseen thanks to sliding elements. Even infusion cans are ready. The home theater has a very good sound and closes curtains automatically. Popcorn and chips are at your disposal. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a view of the canvas due to two windows. The fireplace is easy to fire. The place was very clean and well preheated. The bathroom is very classy. Even while showering you have a great view! Fantastic!

We stayed with Rafael for a JGA and highly recommend it! Check-in was straightforward. With pool house, guest house and main house, it has enough space for many people. On the grounds you are completely alone, no neighbors who could possibly bother you. Amenities in great condition. Shopping and public transport within walking distance.

A great guest house where we could spend a wonderful weekend with the extended family on the occasion of a round birthday. There was plenty of space for young and old and the different families available. You could sit together, cook, play, etc. A very great insight was the wine tasting with a guided tour of the premises. Super likeable and friendly hosts. Overall, therefore, only recommended.
