We had such a great time here! The location is great - walkable to restaurants and a very short drive to Loon and a lot of other restaurants and shops! Our toddler loved the pool and arcade at the condo, and the condo itself was great! Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

My partner and I stayed at the Teeny Tiny cottage for two nights on our ski trip to Jay Peak. First, Eric was extremely responsive, providing details and instructions before our arrival. When we arrived he greeted us and gave us a proper tour and explanation of all the amenities. We felt extremely comfortable and immediately knew we would want to come back again and stay for longer. Yes, it is Teeny Tiny but Perfect for two and has everything you need. Ive stayed in many airbnbs and this has been by far one of my favorites.

Great house and very comfortable. Great views of the mountains and lake. Even though the pictures dont have a pool table in them the have a pool table in the basement and played a lot of games. Very close to a lot of mountains. We were very pleased with the house.

This place is among the best for ski-in, ski-out at Jay Peak! We were here for a week, and it went too fast. When not skiing or exploring outside, it was fun just sitting on the couch and watching the skiers & boarders ride on by on the run just outside the back door. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Chris' place here!

Great location and very accommodating. This place was very comfortable for our party of 12 (6 adults/6 kids) and would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to everything and communication with the owners was top notch. We all had a blast! Awesome place!

Rick was an exceptional host. This is I believe our third or second time staying at one his places and we of course loved it! Ricky’s place was amazing! Fabulous location just a 10 minute drive from the Franconia Loop Trail (where we hiked). Big studio apartment with a full kitchen & bathroom. Very cute woodsy decor inside & there is a lovely common area in the apartment with board games & and a fire for after dinner activities! We had such a great time!

Love this place 2nd time coming here. We had an amazing stay amenities were just as described. Jacuzzi was by far my favorite. The arcade room is great. The family room in lobby feels like home. Place is super clean throughout. Definitely returning. Thanks Rick 😊

Absolutely beautiful house and Shannon was great with communication. Squeaky clean and plenty of bedrooms. We fit 13 people and 2 babies comfortably (using air mattresses). We would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a place to watch the leaves change for the month of October and I found it. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is more spacious than I thought and the views are even more spectacular in person. Access to all parts of Lake Willoughby and room for two distinct groups or families with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a midlevel with open concept kitchen, living and dining areas and a full bath and washer/dryer. It is COMPLETELY stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Incredibly peaceful and I hope I am lucky enough to visit again.

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.
