Location was good. Near to the town. Had an office area which could be a weird thing if it's a family stay. But overall is definitely good. The big TVs were definitely a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The host was communicative and accommodating, making check-in and the entire experience smooth. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. This is my third time being the guest of the host. Mr Azfar’s service is always great. The house is so clean, smells so nice n so comfy. Will always “lock” this stay while on trip to ipoh next times ☺️

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.

A very nice place for a family stay, pretty and comfortable. Very close to lots of local hotspots and restaurants.

The house unique with all bedrooms seems like Japanese style, clean, and overall nice, good and comfortable. All my children like this house. The host also very helpful, friendly and fast response. The pool is nice but just we don’t like the security at the pool. She always blows the whistle like on the football field. And the way she talk to us and others like no manners. Because of her, my children are not happy to swim and play at pool.

So far so good, valuable to stay!

excellent loc, in the middle of new town, hence very strategic. Unit is exceptionally clean and comfy. best value for money. Pauline is very responsive, with very clear instructions on check/in and check/out (with photos). allocated 1 parking lot is almost next to the lift lobby (5th floor). parking lot is bright and airy. furniture/decoration is simple yet comfy. its one of the best unit I've been to. overall, if I could, I would give 5 + 1 Stars ..!!

Great place. Peaceful. Value for money

Bathrooms were a tad on the small side but is adequately fitted. If there is anything to pick on is that the air conditioning in the living area can be a bit insufficient especially during hot afternoon weather. Also the blankets provided were a bit basic. Otherwise the unit is quite clean and comfortable overall.

nice place to stay. pool was not fully occupied by ppl as always, but need to climb 2 floors of stairs up and the scenery is good. bedsheets is clean.. kitchen needs more proper kitchen counter.
