Vacation rentals in Kingstown

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

This is the perfect place for an indoor vacation with a gorgeous view. The home has everything one could need and the photos do not do the panoramic window view justice. We went during the winter and saw plentiful bird species and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities. Shawn was an amazing host! Highly recommended!

House looks even better than the pictures. Very nice, very modern and all amenities were wonderful. I am looking to come back in the summer and enjoy the lovely pool area.

Very responsive host. Apartment in fabulous location. In wonderful historic Baltimore house and neighborhood. Minor glitches addressed immediately and easily by host. If you’re looking for something fun and interesting this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's so inviting, spacious, and "homey", and incredibly well-stocked. Tons of pots, pans, utensils, etc for cooking. We loved the main living area, bright and open. Large primary suite, mattress is quite firm. A couple of relatives joined us for a few days, and we had fun playing some of the games. Lots of local recommendations provided in guest book - we tried Harris' Crabhouse which was very good. Also walked to the Blue Heron preserve, wonderful place for a nature walk. Host communicated well and was very responsive to questions. Hope to return in warmer weather and use the deck.

The place is exactly as pictured and listed, very cozy for our group of 3 small families. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating with all our requests, and there were lots of conveniences such as extra towels and blankets, coffee beans and grinder, toiletries, baking sheets, kid related supplies, and more. Dining and lounge areas will be a tad short on seating for a max group of 8, but we adapted just fine to that. It was below freezing for much of our stay but the house stayed very comfortable for us. We found the area to be quiet, but we aren't sound sensitive so YMMV. There's a large grocery store and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. DEFINITELY hit up Cafe Dear Leon if you can, it is a bakery in walking distance and all 8 of us raved about every item.

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.
