House vacation rentals in Kingston upon Thames

I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

This is a great location! The home is very nice and has an eclectic interior design that deserves to be featured in Architectural Digest! The house is pretty spacious and located proximately to a grocery store if you need anything. Also the location is great easy to get to the train or Uber if you need. This is definitely a place I would consider visiting again!

Lovely home with plenty of space for 8 people and Benji. We stayed with friends to see in the New Year. When we arrived we didn’t know how to work the heating, maybe a welcome book would be good but Joanna and the care taker helped us and fixed the TV situation. We loved the hot tub and the views. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, except for a microwave. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower in the balcony room took a while for the hot water to get through but it was a good shower, we could have done with a few more towels. There is a lovely pub nearby called the Duke of Wellington which you can walk to along a path down the main road. We can honestly say do not hesitate to stay, the house is beautiful with lots of places to hide we loved playing hide and seek. Thank you for having us we really enjoyed our stay and we wish it was our home. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria and James place. We booked it for my wife’s 30th birthday and it had everything we wanted. The house was very clean and had amazing facilities. James and Victoria were very responsive and helpful. One of our guests left a pair of trainers after check out which they have kindly offered to send in the post for us. We have already discussed booking this house again in summer months to have full use of the facilities with the swimming pool and BBQ. Amazing house and would highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely three night stay at this property. The pool was the reason we selected, as I have two kids, and it was worth every penny. The water was warm, the hot tub was relaxing, and we enjoyed it so much. The house is stunning and provided exactly what we needed. We walked to the bus to get into London and it was super easy. We loved the property and would absolutely recommend it! Thank you!!

Great space in a good location. Close to walk around to various locations / train stations. Close enough to everything but quiet enough to be away from lots of loud street noise which was great. Was great to hang out with the cats which made it feel really homey! Kitchen was filled with lots of utensils etc. that made it great to cook in. No complaints at all. Aline was really helpful and friendly when checking in. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by Megan who was very responsive and solution-oriented. The location is great and less than 5 min from shops and restaurants. The home is on 5 levels so if you have heavy luggage, you should be aware. Overall a good home for a family stay with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms and very close to Notting Hill high streets and tube stops

The house was very very nice and pretty large which we needed and in a superb location. Very nice quiet street but also very close to Church Street and all its amen. The kids playroom basement was a real bonus for our kids. Kaz was very friendly and really helped us out by letting us drop our 4 suitcases when we arrived in Stoke Newington otherwise we would have had an awkward few hours! She also let us move into the house early which was also very appreciated. Overall it was probably our best Airbnb experience to date.

Fantastic location- do walk along the Thames Path into Greenwich past the Cutty Sark, stunning in the evening too. Feels very safe, haven in a central location. Lots of good food pubs, everywhere easily accessible from Maze Hill. Cottage has everything you need for a stay. Cosy space with garden to sit in for breakfast coffee.

Perminder was a great host, communication was quick and easy, house was as described and check in was simple and hassle free. Would highly recommend staying at Perminders if anyone is every in the area, will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

We were in Brixton for a wedding with a group of friends and Ben's place was a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable and had a lovely big and light kitchen and lounge area for the group to enjoy. Ben was really helpful and responsive with everything we needed during our stay - thanks so much Ben!

June's place was absolutely spot on. We used it as a landing pad to get in and out of Central London for a weekend. Four generations of my family stayed at the same time (12 people aged 8 months to 81 years) so it was important for us to have space to spend time together and also that we had access to our space in case we'd had enough of each other😂. The house is lovely and met our needs perfectly; really homely and well furnished🏡. Also perfectly placed for jumping on the tube which is just a 5 min walk 🚇 Jubed called around to see us before we left and it was great to meet him - he's such a helpful and fantastic host. Thank you so much ❤️

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Genuinely a hidden gem and not given enough credit from the photos. Feels like home, really big house. Amazing for families with kids. Lots of toys and a yard to spend some time when it’s sunny. Sarah is super friendly and responsive.
