The flat was in the perfect location for people who may need to get to the hospital such as students. Rohit was always quick to respond and would quickly sort out any issues that may arise. Rohit really cared about the safety and how comfortable the people staying were which made you feel right at home.

Ben's place is superb, close to all amenities (an easy 5 minute stroll) and also the promenade and beach. Being just outside the town, there is very little nightime noise. Ben has renovated the place to a high standard and it really is a home from home. Highly recommended 10/10

Me and my partner visited Cleethorpes for the first time - the apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious. The amenities it came with made it feel as if you could stay there for months without any worries - cutlery, dishware, iron board, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. There were smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which made it really useful for rainy days/ late nights. In terms of cleanliness, I’d give it a 10/10. The apartment itself was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the local shops were only a 2 minute walk away which meant that I never needed to use my car while I was there. There’s also street parking right outside the apartment. In regard to the area, it is well lit and safe, people of Cleethorpes are very friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Me and my partner never really go back to the places we’ve already visited however, if by chance we were ever in Cleethorpes, this is the apartment we’d definitely book again.

We booked this for our anniversary weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless, very well presented and all looking very fresh and new. Nice and cosy too. The views were just as described and the apartment is perfectly situated for the bars and restaurants. Our host was very helpful suggesting places to park and was at hand for any questions we had. We’d like to thank Harrison for a perfect stay!

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

My parents had a lovely stay. Loved how peaceful it was in the area. Walked around the area and the town. Had everything they needed and Joanna was very helpful helping my parents check in. Lovely and warm in the flat. Thank you for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay thank you. We were visiting family in the town for half term and Joanna’s flat gave us the perfect base. Easy walk to the seafront and the town and a shop 2 doors away. The flat is beautifully clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable and lovely extra touches like blankets for snuggling on the sofa. Washing machine was a real bonus too!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great, beautifully decorated and elegant. WiFi worked well. Kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Easy check and check out process via lock box. host was very responsive and we had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay we would definitely recommend staying here.

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀

This is genuinely the best airbnb we have stayed in! It is faultless! The thought that has gone into making sure guests have everything is astounding! The pace is spotless and the place has all those little details that makes it feel like home including a really well organised kitchen and contents, lots of bathroom extras and even 4 large black umbrellas in the hall stand - I guess it's not always sunny in 'ull! It's position on the marina is a beautiful setting and so close to everything in the old town and the newer part of town. Parking is easy and there is one allocated space but also plenty of room round the back of the apartment too. You really don't need to use your car if you plan to explore Hull itself which is great. We recommend the Minerva pub and the Lion and Key for food and old pub charm. Hull is my hometown even though I left in the 80s but staying here made it feel like a special holiday. Thank you Simon - we will be back!

i stay at many places, all over the UK, and this one by far, is one of the best value for money Studios, it has everything you need, and is spacious and smart. have now booked it for the remainder of my stay here. absolutely fantastic.

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.
