Waterfront vacation rentals in Kingston

Excellent location, restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and well-appointed. Check-in was easy and all instructions well communicated. Unfortunately, the pool and building were undergoing maintenance during our stay but Bradon communicated this to us a couple of weeks before our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Monica’s beautiful apartment more than any other places I have stayed in Canberra over the years. The photos don’t do justice to how stunning the view and vibe is. Monica is a great host, always kind and patient.

Loved staying at Normans property, not only was he an excellent host but the property is in a prime location for coffee shops and restaurants. We have a family of five so finding accommodation for everyone is not easy. We found that at Norm’s place, it was great for all of us. Next time I’m back in Canberra ( be it for work or a family function) & if Norm will have me I’ll be staying there. Thanks Norm.

David is a great host. The place is very nice, with a lovely view—a very clean and well-equipped apartment. We had a great time and look forward to staying there whenever we revisit Canberra.

What an awesome location, first time visiting Canberra, the place was in perfect location for things we wanted to do and see. Local cafes downstairs and a beautiful place to relax after a big day of sight seeing. Everything we needed for our stay and a very comfortable place to relax- the bed was very comfortable. The space was squeaky clean and will absolutely book again. Thanks for a great experience!

This is my second stay in one of Jenny's properties. She has been very responsive and helpful throughout. Provided very clear instructions for check in/check out and parking. The apartment was clean and as described, close to all amenities. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Canberra.

the view from the apartment was spectacle, Ivy & Kevin were quick to respond to any of our enquires. As we were there for our 50 Wedding anniversary and the restaurant, they recommend was Great. I would recommend this apartment to anyone as its located in a great spot with walks around the lake close by.

Dush’s place was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting family in a neighbouring suburb. The home was as described, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dush and she is lovely.

Capital cottage suited the 2 of us perfectly for our 3 week stay in January (mid-summer). We were looking for a quiet location away from the NSW coast that can be hectic during the summer holidays. The cottage is probably about 50 years old and has been progressively renovated with a roomy modern kitchen and a large sun room out the back. It has beautiful original floor boards. It is a very comfortable place to relax, read, and listen to the magpies and cockatoos in the back garden. It has plenty of power points to plug in your lap top or phone in whatever room you are hanging out in. Plenty of room for two cars, one undercover in the carport. Seven minute level walk to a village shopping centre with a little supermarket, chemist, bakery, and restaurants. We used the local bus to get to central Canberra, Parliament House, and the Galleries. Capital cottage is a quirky place with lots of character. We will certainly be back. Seb responded to all our queries very quickly.

Lovely surroundings close to the water but easily commutable into town . Use of private bathroom in a home share is always a plus

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location offering everything you need for a home from home stay. The accommodation was bright and spacious with a large terrace giving direct access to the lake front. Lovely walking around the lake and had fun in the kayaks too. Lisa was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to messages and was always very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Canberra.

Christine's place in kingston is quiet and beautiful. It one of the better AirBNBs I've stayed in for work over this year. I think the pictures dont do the place justice. Its a lot nicer than the photos :) Check in/Check out is super easy. Theres a beautiful nature reserve/walk directly outside. Then 50m across the lake are lots of shops etc

Fantastic view! It’s a great place for a couple. Wonderful restaurant in the building and surrounding areas. Jog or a walk around the lake. Galleries, movie theatres and more nearby. Definitely worth a stay or two.
