Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kingsport

We arrived much later than we had anticipated and Carl and his son were there to greet us. Carl showed us around the house and explained how to use the lights and appliances. He also had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, bread, coffee, etc… Our dogs loved roaming the outdoors.

The home was very very clean, nicely decorated, cozy and charming. The coffee bar was so nice, and well stocked with coffee and teas. The beds were very comfortable and with 3 bedrooms, we all had our own space. There were 3 areas to sit and relax, read and watch TV. The front porch and back porch are charming. It was a bit too chilly when we stayed so we couldn't take advantage of it. It was a very quiet setting and we saw 3 deer in the back one morning. It is a short drive to the highway . Eileen was very responsive and considerate. We really enjoyed the Tennessee charm. I would recommend this home and would stay again when I am back in Tennessee. We had a lovely visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and James was very responsive.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

Great place, great hosts. easy to find, everything is great, the owner left detailed instructions, everything is clear. in the yard there is a great place for a fire, grill, rest area, everything is organized. a wonderful place with a view. today it snowed and it reminded us of our home in Russia.

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome place. Awesome communication when we needed it. The only issue is that there isn’t access to laundry on site since it’s split. But was a good place.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming country Airbnb! It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, being just a short drive from the city. The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend get away the place was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed and what was listed the host was very responsive and let us know she was there if we needed anything. Very cute and cozy place with a fantastic veiw.

Great place, close to ETSU and quiet. Nice touches that made it feel like a home.

Ms Cheryl is as friendly as they come she made us feel like we were home she greeted us when we got there and showed us around everything was was perfect Boonies restaurant is right next door at Davis marina and that’s all you need we will definitely plan another trip for stripers again thank you and take care

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay, cozy, felt like home, sweetly welcomed and the place is well taken care of and near to some great places! Karen was a pleasure to work with we ending up coming a day sooner then we expected and even though she had someone there that morning who was checking out she had the place cleaned and ready for us that night so we didn't have to book a separate hotel until our check in time ! she made the accommodation for us easy and was glad to help figure out our solution . the place was wonderful and very organized which I loved because im a ocd type of person ;) so I was excited to be able to stay somewhere that reminded me our home . my son raced the entire week we were there so it was a great spot to stay during that time and it was very relaxing once we were back at the home . Definitely recommended by us ! we truly enjoyed our time !

We felt right at home upon entering. The condo was clean and perfect in size. Rhonda has decorated in very soft tones and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Rhonda is quick to respond to any questions. We hope to use this location again. Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!

We stayed at Karen’s place for a music festival at the Bristol Motor Speedway. Super convenient to the event (within walking distance). We loved the cleanliness and top notch amenities. Everything you would ever need is provided. Karen is a very thoughtful host who knows what guests might need and provides it plus more! Very comfy beds, luxurious linens and fully stocked kitchen. The condo was pristinely clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 5 + stars

We appreciated them allowing our bluegrass band to practice for few hours on Sunday, and allowing us to play with our only grandchild in the front yard. He really loved the chickens and wanted to play with them though! Lol Thsnk you so much for your hospitality! The fresh flowers were gorgeous in the vase in the kitchen table!
