We stayed for a weekend and loved it. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we would definitely go back. Great space and decor. Rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The front bedroom has a king mattress that is softer but still supportive. The back bedroom has a slightly firmer queen mattress. Both rooms were nicely appointed. The larger front room had a sitting area that provided another spot to hang out. The living room is a decent size. The bathroom was lovely and had good counter space. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a balcony out back was a great feature. The neighborhood was convenient and street parking was totally doable for the weekend. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay and can't recommend it enough.

It was very calming. I enjoy the quietness of the area and the space itself. I was able to feel at home in their space.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. Really enjoyed this spot - was in town for a work trip and it was the perfect location. Is a little chilly in the general areas during the winter but other than that would highly recommend this spot!

This was perfect for our family of five. We loved having space to spread out, and the kitchen was perfect for making a couple of small meals. The White Star bar across the street was adorable, and perfect for eating in or ordering to-go. The only thing I would do differently is to fly into Newark rather than JFK—the uber ride to the airport took over an hour.

The location is also ideal for anyone looking to visit New York City. It's just less than a 30-minute ride via the convenient PATH train, and the station is only a short walk away from the property. Since the property is in New Jersey, we enjoyed the bonus of a more spacious and affordable place compared to most spots in NYC. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially tourists heading to NYC. It's the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value!

Monte and Jill have been excellent hosts and provided a spacious, clean and cozy apartment with everything you need even for an extended stay, spotless bathroom, clean linen and high-quality toiletries. Regarding the setup, we found everything just as described on AirBnB. The location of the apartment is very convenient as you can reach downtown Manhattan in only 15 minutes but there are also restaurants and things to do close by as well (such as the Harbor Walk or Liberty State Park). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook even a fancy meal and features a big fridge and freezer. I also liked the possibility to use the laundry and drier, located in a storage closet within the apartment. Monte and Jill reacted very fast to any question and provided provided thoughtful touches such as a bottle of wine and a voucher to an excellent breakfast spot nearby. I would always stay at their place again, when visiting NYC. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Me and my 8 friends stayed here for 4 days for my 21st birthday and it’s was nothing short of an amazing experience! The listing is FAR nicer in person than it looks online and it already looks great on the listing! The only slightly inconvenient parts were the location and WiFi but honestly for the price and space, we made everything work and after the first day there wasn’t much of a problem! I honestly am so happy that we stayed here because there was so much space everywhere with a great fridge, closets, lounge areas, TWO FULL BODY MIRRORS, THREE trash bins outside that made things very convenient, the heating worked, lots of towels + they were clean clean, water pressure in the showers was great, check in and check out was easy and stress free, sheets and pillows were great! overall: amazing experience here definitely would stay here again and I had the best time celebrating my 21st in such a nice space!

We had a great week staying in Richard’s appartement. It was clean and spacious and easy to acces. Richard was very kind and sent us tips for things to do around the city. He responded quick and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this appartement!

Great stay and host, we would 100% stay there again. Plenty of space and privacy so my kids could watch television...etc. while I sleep. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities for preparing and cooking food. Parking was easy to find and navigate once I understood the signs. We brought our own towels but towels were provided Plenty of shopping and food within 13mins drive. The host is amazing and very, very responsive.

Igor’s place is lovely and very well located. The space is a large and comfortable private apartment in a beautiful classic Brooklyn brownstone. Very walkable to Prospect Park, shops and restaurants, museums, and all of the main subway lines. Igor was available and helpful. Our family had a great time. Thank you.

I stayed for a week and felt right at home. One of the best stays I’ve had. Right next to everything, the space looks even better in person, the hosts gave such clear check in instructions. In the dead of winter but the heating system was great. I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t booked up!
