It was very calming. I enjoy the quietness of the area and the space itself. I was able to feel at home in their space.

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. Apartment was in an excellent location for our visit to NYC. Will definitely be staying at this place on my next visit. Angel responds quickly and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

You're not going to find a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for this price this close to NYC. The pink and purple accents were so chic, the bathrooms were beautiful, the windows were high and let in lots of natural light. ✨️ 💕 The beds were amazing and the sheets smelled of fresh laundry which reminded me of home; adding an extra layer of comfort. Laundry in unit is ALWAYS necessary when away from home for an extended period of time. Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and cloths help so you don't have to pack those heavy essentials. The building is secure. I didn't have a car, so I didn't need to use it, but you have access to a garage with a parking spot. Elevators make it so you don't need to go up any steps in or out of the place. 20/10 recommend staying here!

This was perfect for our family of five. We loved having space to spread out, and the kitchen was perfect for making a couple of small meals. The White Star bar across the street was adorable, and perfect for eating in or ordering to-go. The only thing I would do differently is to fly into Newark rather than JFK—the uber ride to the airport took over an hour.

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! We had a great time staying here and loved being in the area. Worked perfectly for our group of friends. The only downside was the place wasn’t ready when we showed up for check in, but they were so nice we just dropped off our luggage and explored the area for a bit.

Looked just like the photos. All the rooms had their own a/c and heat so no worries about temp. Nice yard though it was a bit cold for us to use. Neighborhood was quiet. Walkable and/or always a short wait for an uber. Parking on the street was readily available. Would stay here again or recommend for a large group.

Our family enjoyed staying at Richard’s place! Having a kitchen was helpful as we had a longer stay. 15-20 minute walk to the PATH. Easy street parking which is rare in this area. A couple of nearby playgrounds and a Target and grocery store in walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb that is exactly as described! I am a clean freak and I have to stay this place was spotless, fresh, and clean! I have honestly never stayed in a Airbnb where I felt I could use the kitchen utensils/plates without washing them first until we stayed here. Also, the sheets were crisp white and fresh like a super nice hotel. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, and some candy were available when we arrived. To top it all off this place was dog friendly which made it feel even more like home. This place was a 10/10 for our NYC Half Marathon trip!!!! The only tiny downside was that it was a 18 min walk from the metro (3,4 lines) into manhattan, which was a little farther than we hoped. However, the nightly rate was great, it was homey, pet friendly, the host was accommodating/friendly/responsive/, the area was quiet, and the entire place was sparkling clean so the 18 mins walk was not a big deal at all for us. Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful basement apartment, just as described. We loved having a kitchen and laundry and much more space than your typical NYC hotel. Sara was very responsive.

We loved this place! We were a little tired upon arrival so couldn’t get the door open lol she got on the ring camera and walked us through it to get inside the building. When we got into the building and into our rental, we were tickled! I don’t know how else to put it! I lovedddddd the ceilings and the lights. The couch was super comfy, there is plenty in the kitchen- we just wished there were napkins or paper towels. The bedrooms were done up so nicely. The linens were fresh and clean. The bed was super super comfy and very large. There is great storage space, too. The little jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was top notch after a long day of walking manhattan! There are plenty of places to get food within walking distance from this Airbnb, it was awesome! We definitely loved it and would go back in heartbeat! Very easy to check in and out. Thank you so much for having us!

Such a lovely place to stay! Loads of space, nice and close to the L train to get into manhattan, and Ashley was really responsive and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at Emily’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to public transportation the path train along with shops and an all night CVS that is so handy. Emily was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided coffee, water on arrival along with local recommendations. The homely touches of cosy blankets and toiletries were first class. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hoboken or New York City we would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always replying to my questions almost immediately. Accessing the property was a breeze, and I truly appreciated how spotless and well-maintained the place was. It felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town — highly recommend!

This place is amazing. For a family of 5 traveling to NYC, this was perfect for all of us to have our own beds. LOTS of pillows and towels. Subway stations within 2 blocks and lots restaurants and shopping very nearby. The place was incredibly clean, massive tv with all the apps needed. Had the basic necessities for us, but bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent. Having a washer and dryer in the place was awesome to not have to bring back loads of dirty laundry. It was unexpectedly warm during our stay, but each room had a window A/C unit which was great…also helped drown out the city street noise. There is a fire station one block away, so the sirens went off every night…run the A/C and wear earplugs and it is very tolerable. Felt very safe staying here, even with teenage girls. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing week stay at Glynn’s place! We chose the location as we didn’t want to stay at busy Manhattan after long days exploring and we are so glad we chose Hoboken! The apartment is so cozy and comfortable and has everything you need for a long or short stay. The bus and train to Manhattan is so close by and Hoboken Main Street just around the corner has everything you need if you want have a local day and chill. As ladies we felt very safe staying in the apartment and also to go out and wander around on our own as well. We are already planning a trip back! Can not recommend this apartment enough!

Hugo's place is beautiful. It's big, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. Near an amazing coffee shop and bakery. Near a great park if you have kids. Lots of restaurants that are walkable. Easy to access the metro. All around an amazing experience.
