Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kimitsu

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the host. The amenities, tools, toiletries, utensils, bedding are so much and well prepared. The house is also very clean, comfort and spacious. My family praised many times and was so enjoy their time staying in this house. Airport transport was also well arranged without any hassle. Convenient location, quick response from the host.

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

The apartment is comfy, light and has it all, all that is needed. It is a discrete location in a wonderful special part of Tokyo. Akari was very responsive and supportive.

It was our second time at Masakatsu‘s apartment and we really love it! The beds are really comfy and the room is very clean, and spacious and has everything you might need. The onsen was great, too! As he says, it’s no problem being heavily tattooed and the water was really relaxing! We‘re definitely coming back!

Mie-San's place was great. The location was amazing with access to the entire city by train at the very least. It was also clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. The train stop was a 7 minute walk away with the main line being only 1 stop away. Quiet and bigger than average for Tokyo. Mie-San is a great host.

Made my Mom and I’s first experience in Japan great! Very helpful with recommendations and replies very fast when you have a question or concern. Norimasa-san is very friendly and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Would definitely go back!

He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

Comfortable and clean accommodation, good location, highly recommended.

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Yuko’s place was spacious enough to travel with baby. It was super close to the subway station so we could easily go to touristic areas. Floor heating system was amazing so we could have good rest at night. Definately recommed this place!

Friendly host, quiet but still convenient location. I like staying in a traditional Japanese home, which is peaceful and special to me.

The host was very helpful, we brought two small dogs and never been able to contact Narita quarantine, the host will help to call to schedule an outbound procedure, one day in the middle of the night the shower head was damaged, the host rushed in 15 minutes right away, gave me a rain shower head to change, thank you for meeting a good host, thank you for taking care of us for nine days, looking forward to seeing you next time

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It was my first time staying in an old house, but it exceeded my expectations!The host's explanation is polite, very friendly, and you can use it with peace of mind. It was very clean, the furniture and appliances were stylish and sophisticated, and the amenities were very good. I enjoyed the wood-fired sauna, which was not easy, and the temperature was high, and I was able to soak in the water bath to my head even though it was winter. When I was out of the sauna and gazing at the night sky with a chair, I was also impressed that Gyon came to play in the garden! We'd love to stay here again. It was more than satisfied with the price, thank you!!

We had a very pleasant time! We enjoyed the pool and barbecue, and we'd love to have the ocean nearby!

One dog and two adults stayed for two nights. First of all, I was excited before I entered it was clean from the gate. In the yard there is a pool, a sauna, a barbecue place, and a large dog run.The enclosure was high, the privacy felt good, and I was able to run my dog with peace of mind! The interior is also very beautiful and has everything you need.There was a bed and futon, and I liked the futon, so I slept on the futon, but it was fluffy, the comforter was fluffy, and I checked which brand of futons were fluffy. (laughs) The owner politely explained any questions over the phone. It was two nights, so I went out on the second day, but it was a very nice place to stay that made me want to go back early and have a relaxing drink. I would like to stay there again. Thank you very much.

The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located close to the train station and offers all necessary amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

The apartment is conveniently located in the Oyamadai district. All amenities are available near the property and the neighborhood is very quiet. Access to the accommodation is very simple and convenient. Everything in the apartment is very clean and tidy. Thank you Misono!
