Vacation rentals with a kayak in Key Colony Beach

The house was very beautiful, clean, and had a great view. The outdoor furniture is so convenient, im sure my family spent most of our vacation in them. There was an extra room on the ground floor that was separate from the main house, which was really nice for our family! We absolutely loved the stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay. So restful and peaceful. We had such a great time with the paddle boards and kayaks. It was our first time paddling in the ocean. Our pets were comfortable as well. We hope to go back soon.

This place was wonderful for our family. Located on the water with boat lift. We caught tons of fish and saw manatees off the dock. The pool and cabana were great during the gorgeous days and to catch sports at night. I loved the morning sunrise in the top deck. Kitchen well equipped and beds comfy. The paddle boards and kayaks provided were an added bonus. I only wish we had brought bikes. The community was perfect for biking. The cabana Club was great. My kids loved the playground across the street. We played pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard everyday. Centrallt located nears tons of great restaurants. I recommend Castaways and Sparky’s. Also for boat rental Vacation Boat Rental. The owner is very responsive with any issues we may have had. The property manager Tony is wonderful to work with if needed also. I cannot say enough great things about this location. 5 star all the way.

Wonderful home on canal that opens up to gulf. The home had everything that was described and was comfortable with AC. Cannot think of anything we needed that was not there. Terrific views from balcony. Saw lots of wildlife including manatees and the iguanas were fun to watch. There was a double and a single kayak to use as well as bikes to get around as the traffic was busy. There are close neighbors next door but they were quiet. If you want a place to relax, this fits the bill.

The home was gorgeous, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the location on the water in which we saw manatees swimming the channel. We enjoyed the pool and all of the fun amenities outside on the patio. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in the Marathon area. We will definitely stay here again.

We agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We had an awesome stay at the Yellowtail Retreat. Carlos was an awesome host and communication was exceptional. The house was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at and had absolutely no issues. The beds were very comfortable, unlike many other rentals. Few houses on the canals have pools and even less have heated ones – this was a big bonus. Open water in Florida Bay is about a 2-minute boat ride and the industrial ice machine came in very handy. We didn’t use the detached Mother-in-Law room, but would be perfect for a couple or kids to have some privacy. Plenty of parking, TV’s all worked without issues and well-equipped kitchen. This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at and would stay here again without hesitation if we visit Marathon again. Thanks Carlos!

This place is truly a gem perfect for a couple or a family very worth the price for the location and the place location is private with a very clean pool overall everything is great if you have the opportunity to book this place I definitively recommend getting it

Fantastic place, extremely clean and comfortable! Glad to spend a week here and would stay again. A manatee visited us at the dock, and we also saw dolphins.

Location, location, location! Great views, nice pool area, dock space if needed. Walkable to several resorts and turtle sanctuary.
