Great house! Plenty of space! We will DEFINITELY come back!

We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. It was rainy most our of stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor spaces that Kumi has but did appreciate the large yard for our dogs to be walked in. It was a super convenient location, close to downtown Winston-Salem and surrounding areas, and everything we wanted was within ~10 minute drive. Kumi was very quick to respond, gave clear instructions for entering the property, and even shared a dinner recommendation with us.

Victoria's family home was a great place to relax during our vacation, & Garet, the manager, was highly responsive. Victoria's home is spacious, beautifully designed, and in a quiet-friendly area. The rooms were clean and well organized for a Airbnb that is primarily lived in by the owner when not renting. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance or cooking item you need. There's space in the fridge and pantry for your food items, just be sure to label what's yours. The heated pool, screened-in patio, and jacuzzi were great. There's an active Hulu account, you will need to log into your personal account for other streaming services like Netflix. Access to the laundry room was helpful for repacking. Bring folding chairs if you head out to the lake, or ask about them before you go. There may have been some, but we didn't see any in plain sight and we didn't ask. Ask about the “secret” spot to see the July 4th fireworks- It was beautiful! Lovely location, would definitely return.

Jay and Tia's place was phenomenal!! I pictures accurately depict the space but almost don't do it justice! It is just so beautiful, clean, roomy and welcoming! The home was spacious and smelled delicious! The neighborhood was easy to find and quiet and the back deck and yard provided more than enough room to visit, enjoy nature and have fun! Jay was proactive and thoughtful, immediately checking in with me upon arrival. He knew we intended to use the pool and even though it had been cleaned the previous day, a hurricane rolled through the night before and resulted in debris filling the pool. He was generous in offering to have the pool cleaned again the following morning so we would have at least some time to enjoy it. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, polite and accommodating and the home was wonderful. The small details like water, popcorn and hygiene items that some people had forgotten, were a nice personal touch! We would love to come back to this home again!

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of amenities. We had an issue with the lock, but it was addressed very quickly and professionally. Great stay - fall colors in the trees were gorgeous, but with the pool, it'd be a great place to stay in the summer.

Highly recommend staying everything was perfect Anthony is a fantastic host very beautiful peaceful home.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with all that Drew's property had to offer. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, but secluded at the same time. Plenty of space for my family of 14 ranging from 2 to 74. My sister uses a wheelchair and was able to navigate the most important or required areas (both living rooms, bathrooms, dining area, and kitchen) of the house. We traveled from other parts of NC, VA, and FL. We are looking forward to staying again one day; maybe when the pool is available during the summer! For large groups, this is the place! Hot water for all to shower, too!

Place was spacious and clean with the character of an older home. Brad was responsive and accommodating with extending our stay.

We did a return stay at this house. The location is convenient to where we visit. It is a nice place and communication with the owners is great! We recommend it!

Nice place in a great central location. Didn’t realize it was two separate units that didn’t have a way to access each without walking outside but we made it work.

Very nice place, and at a very short distance from Wake Forest university which is where we spent most of our time. Hosts were very responsive and when we got locked out of the house, they solved the problem very quickly. The last night we saw ants in the kitchen around the trash bin - not a ton as it was cold and snowing outside (not the season) but if they fix that, the rest was just phenomenal. I definitely recommend Ronnie and Renilda's place.

We stayed in this house for a month while intown for work. It was exactly what we hope for during a long term stay. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the kitchenware. At the very beginning of the trip, a city water main broke which left us without water for 2 days. Maggie was very proactive in ensuring our comfort and getting information from the city on the pending repairs. It is refreshing to see the concern when it's something completely out of her control. Thank you, We will look for this house again if we come back to town.

The stay was great. The location was good for my needs and the house was quite clean and comfortable. It's a quiet location which was nice also. Benjamin was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Natalie's home was great! There were 5 of us that stayed there for the Fall Furniture Market in High Point. The house was exactly like the photos on her listing and provided plenty of room to spread out. She was extremely responsive and very helpful! We did have a few unexpected issues arise that were out of her control, but she communicated with us and took care of them immediately. We would stay here again!

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

Lumi was an Awesome host! Always responded quickly and catered to our needs. We had a wedding to go to and she was kind enough to set up a rack for us to hang our dresses when we got there. Adorable and comfy home. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We had the loveliest of times at The Poet’s House. The location is amazing, private, surrounded by nature but close to all we needed. The house is so beautiful, peaceful and has incredible energy, it’s beautifully decorated making it a very pleasant environment to rest and relax. The beds were very comfortable, lots of amenities, complete kitchen, extra pillows and towels, etc. The best thing is the hosts! Always responsive and kind, flexible, very helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for me and my 2 dogs while in town for the dog show! Everything was clean and bathroom was just updated and it’s beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when back in Winston-Salem.

This is our second Christmas in a row staying here. Great experience yet again - easy to work with, very responsive, and the place is great. Look forward to staying here again!

Clean, excellent neighborhood! Great Kitchen & Dining Area

Allison is a great host! I booked late, due to water issues in my home, and she worked quickly to make it happen. The home is in a nice neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The fenced backyard was great for my dog, and Allison had folks there working hard to clean up debris from the storm that occurred the day before! I enjoyed the sunroom and the deck during my stay.
